“No sound deadening!”

Very nice room. All the amenities,including wireless and wired internet, iron, coffee pot, refrigerator,and safe. Swimming pool was clean and convenient. The only problem is the noise. Door slams, kids running in hallways and water running were all intrusive. Slept with ear plugs!!!

“Stinky noisy poorly-staffed poorly-equiped”

Room smelled badly. I could hear traffic inside the hotel and especially outside the hotel all night. I tried to drown out the traffic noise with the white noise of the A/C fan; but, the A/C unit did not have the option to run the fan continuously or at least it did not work. The corners of the bed spreads were sewn into triangles. The towels were small and thin and looked old. Some lady at the front desk passed by me twice while I waited there and only on her third pass by did she say that someone else would be there soon to help me. Someone on the hotel staff had taken the ink out of the lobby printer and left no warning of such. I tried the printer not knowing this. It started noisily; but, then went through normal paces as though printing and gave blank pages. Then I stepped up to the lobby counter to wait for someone to tell me the ink had been removed. I think that the printer would have worked with ink. The soda vending machine exact change required light was not lighted; but, it took my overpayment and gave no change anyway.
