Was a bit confusing getting around the building. The area we arrived at had many pot hole. Over by the ev plug in area. But I did notice many roads at this time of year are all like that. Otherwise good.

Lots of issues right from check in. From staff and service to amenities in hotel unavailable or not working properly etc. the list is too long for here. Has great potential if they put some effort in, otherwise wouldn’t recommend it.

We love staying at this hotel. The food is great, the pool is wonderful, and the rooms are very clean. The staff is super helpful and it is nice that some of them remember us from year to year.

Checked into my room, the room was cold, thermostat was set to 65. Should preheat booked rooms before check-in for customers especially in winter. The decor is dated the carpet in the hallways is old and worn and the TV didn’t work, had to call the front desk for service. The pub food was mediocre at best. The oil for the fries needed to be changed 2 weeks ago, the bread was stale the meat overcooked and the lettuce was brown. Only good thing was the beer was cold and the faces were friendly. The staff try as hard as they can but obviously this place needs a complete makeover. First time and last time staying here. Staff get a “B” for effort, facility gets a “D” for lack of investment in the conditions and lack of detail to ensure customer comfort. It’s a competitive world, they could do way better for what they charge for the rooms. Giving this place a “C” and even that’s a stretch.

The room was clean and comfortable. There were screaming kids in two different units close to us. Dogs barking in the parking lot outside our window. Very noisy building and hard to get rest. For the life of me, I don’t know why hotels don’t put kids away from adults. They run up and down the halls yelling, screaming and crying at all hours - very frustrating when you just want to rest. We also wished the restaurant was better. The menu online looked limited therefore we had to go out for dinner.

The property is in need of some updates as it is becoming quite tired looking. During our stay the indoor hottub was closed for maintenance but the outdoor hottub was initially working, then closed for maintenance. Many guests stay at this location for these amenities so it was disappointing not to have access to these over a long holiday weekend.

My buddy and I stay here every winter when we go skiing. We love the hot tub and pool area and they have a great restaurant connected to the hotel. Sadly the hot tub was out of service during our stay this time.

We came especially for the pool and Cabbana spa they boast. But the pools had their heaters broken. Thankfully their outdoor hot tub was working well, but this meant that it became overcrowded quite often because the indoor hot tub was cold. Their regular pool was frigid cold, and hardly anyone was able to comfortably swim in it. This was pretty disappointing but we still had a decent time overall.

Really friendly and welcoming staff. Casey’s restaurant attached is phenomenal dining option and extremely convenient. Pool, hot tub, sauna, all well maintained and great for recreation and relaxing. Only slight was one of the elevators was out of order, but I’m sure that will be repaired quickly

The room was great! The table was dirty and some random dirty spots on the wall but otherwise a great experience! Love that the girls could have their space for their sleepover while mama got her own space too!
