This hotel was adequate. It was relatively clean, the room was fine but nothing outstanding. Breakfast was ok. It's in a busy area so its convenient for shopping and close to where we needed to go.

It's a really nice place, with an awesome breakfast in the mornings. I want a pancake maker for my house now! Anyway the staff is very kind, the rooms are well kept and things are reasonably quiet. The only weird thing was the bathroom sink and mirror were outside of the bathroom but maybe there's a reason for that. I'm not sure. Thank you anyway we'll be back!

Over all it was a comfortable stay. Staff was helpful, price was good. The one thing that could be improved on is the bathroom could use some scrubbing along the edges of the floor/ baseboards.

Our house keeping staff was very friendly and they were happy to come clean and freshen towels mop and vacuum while we were in our room. They came later in day once we came back to our room. Asked if we wanted room service while we were in the room. Parninder had Gurprect on job training and was very good and explaining to us if we minded her training

We really enjoyed our stay in the king size suit with the jetted tub but feel they should have a step in front of the jet tub.

Everything was excellent as it has been in the past when we’ve stayed. The parking lot is small when large trucks park in it makes it hard to get out. It is signed for larger vehicles to park in other areas but people still park with larger vehicles. Management needs to enforce this due to Risk of damage to customers vehicles. Other than that, room clean, breakfast good, staff very nice and friendly and accommodating.

Staff were great, friendly and helpful, the only thing that was not right was Expedia advertised the room we booked as a family suite for 6 with 1 queen bed with 2 sets of bunk beds and there was only room for 5 as there was a queen bed with 1 bunk bed with a double bed on bottom and single on the top so we didn’t have the room we ordered and paid for.

We were bitten by bed bugs. 2 of us in the room separate beds. Manager doesn't believe us. So we went to the Saskatoon Hospital to have it checked. The doctor at the emergency room confirmed that we were bitten by bed bugs. We were given tetanus injections and anti biotics because of the Infection and inflammation.

My partner and I booked a room online with this hotel and when we finally got there we were given our room key to find out they gave us the wrong room, then when we asked for the specific room we came here for they said the room we booked was “unavailable” at this time and they “forgot” to tell us. We weren’t sure if it was double booked or if they were behind on cleaning or what but it was very unfortunate. We came for that specific room so it was not a very nice experience.

I can say that check-in was a little strange. Especially because of the reception staff. He asked me for my credit card and passport, and even though I had my information on them, the receptionist also didn't like my picture and wanted to see a different ID! I guess even the police wouldn't do this. As someone who has been traveling to many parts of the world for 25 years and spent part of his life in hotels, these are not things you would want at 2 o'clock in the morning after a 15-hour long flights. On top of that, he took a deposit from my credit card and not only did not give me a copy, but also recorded my credit card number. Yes just that part, and some other weird rudish behavior. Apart from these, the hotel rooms are old and the breakfast is well below average. But there is coffee -:)

The Heater/AC unit made noise i said something Thursday when i checked in and was told would be fixed Friday and wasnt l. I asked at front desk Friday and shebsaid that it was normall for them to make noise which its not they just dont want to fix i will never return
