Awesome breakfast! Very high tech gadgetry in rooms, some of which was non-functional. A lot of form over function (which Gaudi would not design or approve of!). Very nice, very helpful staff. Very close to Metro station.
Great for people looking to stay out of the centre of Barcelona. Cool air at the top of the 'mountain' and wonderful views over the City, especially at night!
Taxis to the centre will come quickly but be ready to pay around 20 - 25 Euros each way.
We were there for a short break but we listened to a superb Catalan group singing by the pool until late one evening.
The staff were a delight, always very pleasant and willing to help, whatever the guests needs.
Prices were as expected - we've paid much more in London!
An old theme park and a beautiful church is a very short walk, be ready for a large number of children if you decide to go. You can't hear them from the hotel though.
We had a room overlooking the mountains, the other side to the Barcelona view, but it was lovely and we would certainly go back!
"Quiet neighborhood, out of the way of the tourists"
We chose this hotel based on a recommendation from a family member who lives not too far away. We had just come from Pamplona and needed to rest. We appreciated the quietness but were just a cheap taxi ride away from wherever we wanted to go. It is a clean, modern hotel and offers a decent breakfast. I didn't see the pool but know they have one. If you want to walk to restaurants and the tourist areas, this is not the hotel for you. If you appreciate the quiet, safe neighborhood setting, this is a good place.
We visited our daughter who is teaching in an international school on that side of Barcelona. We did the city tour on the red bus and that was excellant. We were close to Camp Nu and went to a match which was brillant. The train station was nearby so we went into the city centre ,saw the fountains, and all the many attractions.
the staff was so very kind and helpful. I would tell anyone if you are looking for a nice place to stay and it so convenient to eat places and the bus runs past and the tube is near. I found this place because the first 4 places were booked. I am so happy because of the location and the staff. the hotel is very modern in décor.i loved my stay there.

A predominantly upmarket residential neighbourhood, Sarria-Sant Gervasi’s principal thoroughfare is the Diagonal, the city’s primary business and commercial district. The area is good for shopping with two branches of El Corte Inglés department store and L’Illa Diagonal mall. Neighbouring Gràcia (east) is best for a more local eating, drinking and shopping experience while and Pedralbes (north) is also well worth a visit.
