Hookers and drug addicts around the building as soon as we pulled up . Felt unsafe with my little ones there. Tried to get my money back , still charged me for one night . Went down the road paid a little more for something more safe and accommodating. Expedia needs to remove this listing!

What a disaster! Jimmy was unprofessimyonal and had a less than desirable attitude, on the phone prior to our visit. The front desk gave us another rooms key, causing us to be locked out, with no front desk clerk in site. Then when she was confronted, she just kept smiling, like the Easter Bunny had arrived. Not a safe hotel! They give our room keys (without showing ID), like its Christmas. I thought there was some class to a Wyndham Super 8, but by allowing 4 hookers that were clearly drunk/high, did not make it safe or comfortable. If you don't have a credit card, you shouldn't be able to put down a cash deposit for just this reason. We were unable to sleep, as the parade of late night ladies trampled through, staff absent at 2:30am. Great job on being all around terrible!

Nobody informed me either online booking on Expedia or on the website that there would be a $200 deposit.. when I asked when the money would get back to me I was told the next day and then waited 6 days for it.. there was no elevator on the premises to use.. and the “included breakfast” is only 6:30am-9:30am.. who is up at that time while their on a get away?? staff was very nice and polite but not very informative about the area

This property was clean and what I would expect for a Super 8 but the breakfast left alot to be desired. One of the juice dispensers and the decaf coffee dispenser were out of order. The yogurt had expired. The apples were passed their prime. I don’t expect a gourmet breakfast but I do expect fresh food and the dispensers to be in working order.

I didn’t like the fact that there was no one at the desk upon arrival. Then I was directed to call the hotel number , of which there was no answer. Then when I did get an attendant I had difficulty understanding his questions due to his accent.

The beds were lumpy and noisy. There was a loud noisy coming from the heater every 5 minutes or so. It was three restless nights, very tired in the mornings.

My room had bed bugs. My poor dog was bitten tons and i had marks on my legs and bottom. The room itself seemed clean enough but unfortunately had no usb plugs and the tv had no movies or any aside from basic poor cable. The staff was friendly and i DID receive a small refund after complaining about bites. The entire hotel had poor maintenance, paint poorly fixed if at all. In need of renovations desperately

You can do better.
Very basic accommodations. No frills. Breakfast is not good. Bottom floor all rooms have door to outside. Very wierd setup. Would not stay again

Conveniently located downtown. Noisy neighbors first night but turning on the A/C to fan only provided enough white noise to rectify the problem. Slept well after.
