“Very Nice!”
The Hybiscus Inn was very spacious with a kitchen, living room, and bedroom. It was very comfortable and very accessable to Siesta Key Beach and Sarasota.

Everything we needed was there! small kitchen,pots,pans,dishsoap,plates,cups,etc.etc. Housekeeping 100%, Place was quiet,close to beaches,Publix,resturants-[you could walk to alot of these places] Hotel has OLD FLORIDA feel to it and could use a touch up here or there-AS COULD 95% of other places! Staff and Owner 100% there for you, FREE PHONE CALLS! cheap continental breakfast-BUT ALWAYS THERE! -with your AM paper!- Heated pool,Lots of Information brochures there. Stay on Glencoe side-[quieter] you won't be sorry - Tell Bob ,John, and Pre,Mike with the tattoos looking for a house sent you-ENJOY!
“A Very Pleasant Surprise”
My wife and I were looking for a couple of days of relaxation, and the Hibiscus Suites looked interesting, but the price seemed way low for the quality level we were looking for. It had good traveler ratings so we took the chance. We weren't disappointed! We had a very nice, well maintained suite for less than the price of many single rooms in the area. The hotel was about a five to ten minute drive from beautiful beaches, good eating, and nice shops. The office staff were very friendly and helpful. Our one disappointment was the limited continental breakfast, but we went out to eat every morning so it wasn't a problem for us. All in all, a great experience. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

When we first drove up we weren't sure what to expect as we'd never stayed here before but we were VERY impressed. Hotel cleaning staff don't miss a thing - rooms are immaculate, smell good and are fully stocked with goodies like microwave popcorn, free bottled water and more. The hotel front desk staff are very friendly and kind and go out of their way to ensure your comfort. Hotel pool is heated and is also immaculate - clean, lots of nice lawn chairs and relaxing fountains around the perimeter of the pool. We are picky travellers and we hope to stay here again in the near future! :)
“Very Pleased”
Hotel very clean. Enjoyed having a seperate bedroom. Office staff very accommodating with any requests. Daughter wanted computer use, we use dialup, and office provided her with wireless setup while there. She was happy, so were we.

a wonderful room made for a pleasant stay in sarasota. the only downside is the busy road that the hotel is on. i forgot some important documents on leaving and the desk staff made two trips to my room to find them for me. service above service!
“It was ok!”
Hotel Hibiscus it was comfortable and affordable. We stayed at the Islander side. The only problem was that a/c took time to cool the room, had to keep a/c running below 75 degrees. But still we had a good stayed and still recommend the hotel.

The new manager was very courteous and made the stay better.Great property with nice amenities.This was my second trip to Hibiscus and I will be back. Overall the place was beautiful and updated. Te owner seems to keep up with the place...very good value!
