The air conditioner cannot be adjusted to a moderate extent. It blowed either strongly or not working. Hotel staff is very friendly.

The male receptionist when i arrived was rude with a 'your problem' attitude when they had only recieved a booking for 1 room from Expedia when I had booked 2 (and had the documentation to prove it) These things happen but what really disgusted me was his attitude. There was no effort to resolve the issue and after initially being told there was only one double room available, after i insisted it wasn't suitable, suddently two more singles rooms appeared. Apart from this, the rooms where tiny and very basic. It was poor even for a 2 star establishment.

A small and affordable hotel in a good location, close of Parque Ibirapuera and Avenida Paulista. Feels more like a hostel in terms of standard.

You get for what you pay
The hotel is in bad condition. Everything is horrible; from towels to mattress, to bathroom, mold everywhere. However, location at its best... very kind staf...

Thanks for your comments. The hotel rooms are being renewed gradually. Now, theare are just three rooms to be finished. We are also renewing the bed sheets and the towels. Hope we have the opportunity guest you again.

You get what you pay for
So this hotel was cheap - and cheap was what i got. The first room they gave me i couldn't sleep in after one night because it was too noisy because of traffic. The next day i complained and they moved me to a room one floor lower facing the same direction!! I told them it's still noisy so they gave me a room on the quiet(er) side. i stayed 6 nights in total. No one at the reception desk spoke a word of english. The WiFi dropped out constantly. You have to wait for reception to let you through the front door which is a pain in the butt when there's no one sitting at the desk. The room was dated. The bathroom tiny. There's no shelves in the bathroom to put your toiletries so you have to put them on the floor. the toilet in the second room i stayed in was so close to the shower that i had to sit sideways. Breakfast is included and was consistant. Warm sausages, scrambled eggs, fruit, cold meats, yoghurt etc. It was a nice way to start the day. Generally i go for cheap because at the end of the day it's simply a roof over my head, a bed and a shower otherwise i'm not there. But although this place was cheap it did come close to be unbearable at times. The location was pretty good. Close to the supermarket, Subway and a few cafes and a short (uphill) walk to Paulista Ave

Todos os funcionários muito receptivos! Gostei muito! Única coisa que achei é que o ar condicionado é antigo (não é sprinter) e como fui numa época quente não gelou muito… mas ficou muito agradável. Adorei a estadia. Café da manhã simples mas com todo o necessário.

Hotel simples. Mas Tudo limpo e funcionando. Café okay. Funcionários na maioria muito gentis. Porém não é mais petfriendly, o que me surpreendeu (já que minha busca foi por acomodação petfriendly). Enfim, era um momento delicado pra mim (checkup de saúde) e deu quase tudo certo. Sou grata.

Os pontos bons foram a localização e o fato de haver uma chaleira elétrica no quarto. Pegamos um fim de semana bem frio em SP e foi ótimo não precisar sair à noite antes de dormir para pedir água quente. Porém, o banheiro era problemático: a pia era pequena e saía água pela torneira e caía para o chão, molhando tudo. O box também vazava água e, se encontrando com a água que caía da pia, ficava uma poça enorme no chão. A internet era bem fraca. E o café da manhã, decepcionante. O café sempre estava com gosto de queimado e houve um dia em que o pão parecia do dia anterior. A moça responsável disse que não, mas do jeito que ele estava duro e ressecado, creio ser bem difícil que não tenha sido requentado. Só havia um tipo de queijo: muçarela. Nem queijo prato disponibilizaram. Já fiquei em outros hotéis duas estrelas bem melhores. Os atendentes eram simpáticos, mas pouco resolviam. Só voltaria se não tivesse opção.

Muito boa a estadia. Gostamos muito do hotel. É simples, mas acolhedor. Atendimento atencioso e cordial. Otima localização (esquina com a Brigadeiro). Supermercado Pão de Açucar em frente. Bom café da manhã. Quarto grande e confortavel (e tudo funcionando bem). Somente uma recomendação que entendo importante: deveria colocar um tapete de borracha adesivo no piso do box do banheiro, para evitar escorregão (o piso liso fica perigoso). No mais, tudo muito bom, inclusive a limpeza. Bom custo beneficio.

É um hotel bastante básico. No contexto da hotelaria em São Paulo, pode-se dizer que o valor das diárias seja aceitável. Mas é bastante elevado no contexto nacional, tendo em vista as acomodações e serviços oferecidos. O quarto standard que ocupamos era muito pequeno, com uma televisão também muito pequena, mas funcionando. O frigobar do quarto também funcionava. O café da manhã era simples, mas tinha os itens básicos que esperávamos. Teria sido melhor para nós se o serviço (servido a partir de 07h00) iniciasse uma meia hora antes. Notamos que em alguns momentos a portaria do hotel ficava desguarnecida de funcionários, com a porta de vidro trancada. Espera-se que os próprios hóspedes insiram um código para a abertura, mas naturalmente isso não funciona bem para quem ainda não fez o check-in, como era nosso caso.

Algumas coisas a melhorar.
Estadia rápida, porém algumas coisas precisam melhorar, atendimento muito bom, porem as condicões das acomodações deixaram a desejar, TV nao sintonizava nada, controle remoto nao funcionava, acomodação nao condizente com o divulgado em seu site e não havia vaga na garagem.
