The hotel is centrally located in the Sao Paulo historic area. Several restaurants close by. I noticed water leaks in some areas. The faucets are hard to close completely. The room was comfortable and the breakfast buffet had good options.

Great stay!! Coming from United States, I thought this hotel offered a great deal. Room was clean, hotel was quiet and complimentary breakfast was amazing!! Definitely highly recommended!!! You can actually walk to anywhere from here but Uber was very cheap too.

Breakfast is good but almost every room in the hotel is under construction. Had to change room but that did not change my experience still. I think expedia should not advertise hotels until they verify that certain standards are met. Otherwise, it may be false advertisement that is deceptive.

I have stayed in this property several times. Unfortunately this time I had several issues. When checking in we had an issue with people who skipped the line and were helped before us. After check in, I had to return back to the lobby at least six times as the door lock was defective. The manager had to replace the batteries on the lock two times during my 4 day stay. The hallway flooring seems to have been flooded. There was mold on the hallway ceiling. There were no hangers on the closet. The on duty manager offered to change the room to a different floor. Unfortunately I had already unpacked my suitcase. The TV remote control worked half of the times. The breakfast buffet is great. Hotel staff was very helpful when I brought up the issues we were having to their attention.

The Hotel recently changed its name from Braston to Villagio. The room was spacious and has a mini bar as well as other items for purchase. Unfortunately,the room was a little aged. The AC did not cool well, opening the window was not an option as the building across the street is under construction and they started working early and was noisy. The Wi-Fi was really bad or non existent in the room. I had to get near the door to try to get a weak signal or go to the hallway or down to the lobby in order to get good wi-fi. Breakfast buffet was great. Room was clean and the maid was very nice and helpful. I had to have the key card reprogrammed three times as it would not open the door. Over all the hotel is nice but needs to be upgraded.

The most terrible outdated hotel ever, unfriendly front desk staff, I stayed 3 days the air conditioner system was broke they couldn’t fix it, found a palmetto bug (hudge coocaracha) in the bedroom, discussing pillows, dangerous area to stay if you not familiar with town.

Desastre total
Quarto não condizia com o que foi reservado e pago. Ar-condicionado do Hotel simplesmente não funcionou nenhum dia. Eles simplesmente "lamentam" e dizem qur não podem fazer nada. Café da manhã sofrível, usam apresuntado como sr fosse presunto. Após reclamação quanto à cama da primeira noite, me deram um quarto adaptado para PNE, onde desde o balcão da pia aos móveis, tudo era numa altura incompatível com a minha. Resumindo, um desastre. O Hotel está em péssimas condições. Não recomendo.

I would stay here again.
The hotel is good, the room I stayed needs some small fixing, but nothing that affected my stay, the neighborhood isn't the best but isn't the worst, at night just use common sense and it is fine.

The block is sketchy but the hotel is safe. The rooms are dated. There is no carpet in the hallways or the rooms. As a frequent traveler I like this. It's a basic business hotel. I thought the price was very fair. I would stay again

The double bed had 2 single mattresses so we couldn't lay on the middle of the bed otherwise the 2 mattresses would start moving out of the bed. Also, the air conditioner didn't seem to cool off the room, even though it was set to the minimum temperature.

Peoblems to reach the hotel.
Too difficult to reach the hotel for changes in our staying. They say they had a problem with the phone and weren’t able to receive calls, but they were using it while we’re there. Not nice bathrooms.

Limpeza deixa muito a desejar A maioria dos quartos tinha muita sujeira embaixo das camas até uma coisa suspeita eu achei embaixo da cama E no café da manhã havia gelatina com bactérias já em estado de crescimento e que era visível aos olhos

Torneiras vazando - colchões com densidades diferentes causando dores nas costas devido o excesso de maciez em um dos colchões - banheira muito estreita e nada ergonômica - foi oferecido um lado do hotel que contem obra 24 horas com excesso de ruído.
