The hotel is a pretty good bargain, but there are trade-offs. Breakfast is free, but essentially the same every day and with inconsistent quality. For example, some days there were lots of shell in the scrambled eggs. The location is inconvenient if you're looking for familiar places like Starbucks, Burger King, Taco Bell, but there is a nice lagoon park not too far away with a good walking/running trail and snack food stands. I was actually impressed with the shower - it had consistent and adjustable water temperature and pressure with good isolation and containment of the water and steam. Probably my biggest complaint was with the unreliable WiFi. I stayed for several days, but the WiFi passwords they gave me kept expiring after a day or so and then I would have to ask for a new one. It would stop working without any warning and once I was in the middle of a zoom meeting when it cut me off. They really need to improve how they manage WiFi access so guests have access for their entire stay without having to get new passwords all the time.

You can’t go wrong by choosing this property for your stay. My stay cost me about $50 per night, a real bargain for what you get in return, Strategic and convenient located 10 minutes drive from the airport or to downtown area, near major hospitals and some restaurants, The property is safe, clean and well kept the sauna is currently going under renovation but I am positive it will be amazing when is done, large swimming pool. The colonial style BREAKFAST is served daily from 6:00 to 10:00 AM and is made with fresh ingredients too many items to list. The shower water pressure is amazing strong and extremely hot for a great relaxation after a long flight or a busy day of work. I definitely will choose to stay in this property on my next visit to São José do Rio Preto and strongly recommend for anyone that are very particular when comes to a great deal for your buck and looking for comfort away from home.

This property is finishing a long 4 month renovation and they are working out the bugs so to speak, me and and my wife just completed a weekend stay and the phone system in the rooms did not work which meant you had to go all the way to reception to make a request. This is a good hotel on it’s way to being a great hotel.

Qdo fazemos cotação de preços com filtro de estacionamento gratis, ele aparece, mas não é verdade, tem serviço de manobrisca uma modalidade que eu nao gosto, e se vc tiver um carro popular pode ter certeza que vai ficar estacionado no sol, e para piorar o manobrista fica perguntando se vc vai sair ou se vai chegar? Onde ja se viu ficar dando satisfações? O direito de ir e ver é lei. Tem uma taxa que vc fica sabendo no check out. O cafe da manhã é bem variado, mas os pães são péssimo secos e duros. O garçom fica recolhendo os pratos sujos nas mesas mas nem pede licença ou pergunta se pode. A moça da recepção no check out queria que eu desse na mao dela meu celular sem pefir pelo menos por favor ou se podia checar as informações que estava passando para ela. Ela só estendeu a mão e queria pegar. Na piscina foi comum ver toalhas jogadas e até latas de cerveja dentro da piscina, além de ter que permanecer junto com fumantes e senhores completamente alcolizados e com moças de pouca idade fazendo caricias indecorosas. Fazem seis anos que me hospedo lá e posso dizer com toda certeza que não voltarei mais.

Foi uma estadia muito proveitosa pois estava um dia de sol e calor e tivemos a oportunidade de usar a piscina. No entanto, achei um tanto estranho que além de pagar o estacionamento que já estava nos planos, tivemos que pagar 25,00 a mais por uma taxa de acordo que o atendente disse que teria sido feito entre o hotel da hospedagem e a Hotels.com. No ato da reserva pelo aplicativo não havia nada disso explicado caso contrário teria escolhido pelo valor a mais um hotel mais próximo da cidade e com mais estrelas, contudo, pagamos pra não haver confusão.
