Spacious, close to beach & ancient Thira
The property had plenty of room, and a patio looking up at the cliff where ancient Thira is located. The hotel staff was very nice & helpful. Perissa is quieter than other beach towns on the island, which may or may not be a good thing. The bus stop to Fira is an easy walk, a few hundred meters away. The beach is another 100 meters from there. The biggest downside was that there wasn't wifi in the rooms, only in the common area.

Great value hotel very close to port and village. The accommodation is a little older but I'm good repair and clean. The host is extremely helpful and breakfast was fantastic.

Up on a hill away from the beach
The studio was large and pleasant, but it is a bit far from the beach and activity. A guest needs their own transportation

Wonderful escape
This hotel was a welcome delight. It is away from the busy town of Fira but still accessible if one chose. The room was clean and bright and had its own sitting area outside. We had a great view of the sea and the town of Perissa. It was walking distance to all of the stores and restaurants in town and a short ride from the port. The staff was great, our room was kept clean and neat. A thoroughly enjoyable time.

Nice hotel near the beach and the mountain
If you like staying near the beach at a nice place, it is a good hotel to stay in. I loved staying near the mountain :). If you are taking public transport, it is a bit far from Fira, but if you rent a car or a motorbike, it only takes 20 min to get there. The hotel was clean and the decoration is nice - blue and white; and the bed was comfortable. The staff was happy to help when I asked for information. If you want to have good interent access, you should ask to have a room near the reception; which can be a bit noisy in the morning because of the breakfast they serve.

Basic accommodation close to the beach
Lucia Villas is located a five minute walk from one of the nicest beaches in Santorini. Within a short walking distance of the hotel you can find restaurants, laundromat, and a convenient store. The rooms/apts are very basic yet clean and comfortable. Internet access is slow and minimal. Bus stop to fira, oia, and other parts of the island is within a five minute walk. The room contained a safe for storage of valuables. Although I felt safe, keep in mind that the rooms are externally accessed and that the reception is only there from 7am - 8:00pm. Outside those hours there is no security or other hotel employee present. On my last night, a group of very loud young people checked into one of the rooms. They were noisy all night (despite my request for silence). The hotel owner addressed them in the morning, but there was no recourse for me at night. There is an emergency phone number they post, but that is only helpful if you have a cell phone that works overseas.

Perfect location and excellent place to stay.
We had a wonderful experience there. The hotel was very clean, well kept and was in a perfect spot. The pool was always clean and the rooms were cleaned daily. We will definitely stay there next time we visit Santorini.

Ok for a night but REMEMBER! Please be sure to 1. Ask for a pick-up from airport or port and 2. Precise directions from nearest bus stop. Took us 2.5 hrs to get to this place b/c their phone # wasn't working & many locals never heard of it. However once you're there, its a great location from beach/ tavernas :-)

super ubytovanie za veľmi dobrú cenu....
Dobré a lacné ubytovanie s bazénom... Majiteľka bola milá, priateľská, ochotne a rada poradila s výletmi, prenájmom skútra či štvorkolky... Nebol problém prenajať si skúter či štvorkolku, požičovní bolo plno na každom rohu, ale tip na prenájom, ktorý nám dala majiteľka bol cenovo najvýhodnejší... Taktiež nám potom dala veľa tipov na naše moto - výlety po celom ostrove... Izby aj spoločné priestory boli čisté, upratované každý deň, tiež každodenná výmena osušiek... Ubytovanie určite odporúčam a ďakujeme za krásny pobyt milej domácej :-)

Ottimo tutto soprattutto Lucia
La mia esperienza al Lucia Villas è stata assolutamente positiva. La struttura è in buone condizioni, la camera è grande, spaziosa e dotata di ciò che serve (compreso angolo cottura e frigorifero). Le pulizie sono giornaliere. La struttura è dotata inoltre di una piscina con una vista bellissima. La posizione della struttura è perfetta: a circa 5-10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Perissa e a 15 dal lungomare (anche se io mi spostavo con Quad che ho potuto comodamente parcheggiare di fronte alla struttura durante tutto il soggiorno), oltre che vicino a diversi supermercati. Alcuni difettini ci sono: ad esempio, purtroppo la zona è dotata di acqua corrente leggermente salata (che però non infastidisce), però la disponibilità di Lucia rende il soggiorno veramente gradevole! Si è resa disponibile per prenotare escursioni, quad o qualsiasi altro mezzo, e pure il taxi per il ritorno! Soggiorno top! Rapporto qualità/prezzo vantaggiosissimo

The cleaness was very good and the staff is very helpfull and kind! The location is very good, 3 minutes walking from one of the best served beach of Santorini. The problem was that the room they gave us was really humid and the water was salted. You can't not take in consideration these two facts.

The hotel was nice. Good design with 3 levels, our daughter was happy because of this. Spacy bathroom and good view. Not far from the beach (the best on Santorini). The floor was not clean, maybe ocassionally.

situato in un'ottima posizione e vicina al mare.
unica in tutto dal panorama aereo all'esperienza nell'isola, dalla buona gentilezza del personale dell'hotel alle sue spiagge, dalle sue cittadine bianche ai tetti azzurri dei luoghi di religione, dalla marea di turisti di tutte le parti del mondo ma soprattutto l'ottima ospitalità del suo personale e l'eccellente cucina che abbiamo gustato da " ELIO'S " sul lungomare di Perissa. Insomma un'esperienza che consiglio a tutti in un'isola fantastica.

Vi bodde på Lucia Villas i sju netter med to barn. Beliggenheten er perfekt, med bare 10 min gange ned til stranda. Vi ankom hotellet kl.0230 på natta, og fant to søte plakater med våre navn på og hvilke rom vi skulle ha. Nøklene stod i døra, så det var bare å gå rett inn å legge seg. Vi dro fra hotellet til samme tid som vi kom, og forlot nøklene i døra. Det kjentes trygt å være på dette lille hotellet, og vi kunne la rommene stå ulåste mens vi bada i bassenget. Ypperlig service av de som eide hotellet som for en billig penge kjørte oss til The red beach, og som skaffet oss skyss til flyplassen - mulig dette også var et medlem av familien. Anbefaler hotellet til alle som vil oppleve noe annet enn kjas og mas som det ofte er på digre luksushoteller.

ビーチからは少し離れていますが、逆に静かで良いです。小さいですがプールが付いて、キッチンと冷蔵庫が付いているので簡単な料理が出来ます。この値段なら文句は全く有りませんが、難点を言えば、まず、Wi-Fiは自室では出来ません。一旦部屋を出てバーまで行かなくてはなりません。大した距離では無いのですが、夜中にインターネットでドラマを見ようとするととても不便です。また、水は海水を濾して使ってるのかな？水道水は飲料には適しませんし、シャワーも少し気になりました。スーパーは歩いて行ける範囲ですが、暑い中歩くのが苦手な方は注意が必要です。大きなスーパーには地元産のワインが量り売りで1,5ℓで３€でした。フェリーポートからのアクセスは路線バスの直通が無いので、一度フィラ迄出て乗り継ぐしかありません(各2,2€)。僕は知らずにフェリー乗り場のインフォメーションで地図をもらった際、乗合バスに乗せられ15€かかりました。ホテルの前まで行けたのでまあ良かったかな？ただ僕のような貧乏旅行者には痛い出費でした。帰りはバスにしましたが、タクシーを呼べば20€だと言われました。参考までに。

청결하고, 산토리니내의 최고의 해안가가 인근에 위치.
가격도 저렴하고,객실청소도 항상 청결히 해 주고 좋았습니다. 산토리니에서 가장 아름답다는 페리사비치 인근에 위치해있어서, 해변가에 인근해있는 곳으로는 안성맞춤인듯... 다만 이아마을, 피라마을이 멀리 떨어져있는것이 아쉽긴하지만, 바닷가를 좋아하는 저로써는 매우 만족한 곳이였습니다. ^^*

Residence a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia
Ottimo residence, grazioso e con piscina. Buona anche la pulizia della camera con lenzuola e asciugamani cambiati ogni giorno (forse anche troppo). Cucinino completo di tutti gli utensili per cucinare pasta, verdure e insalate. Personale gentile e che parla un buon inglese. Da consigliare.

Discretamente, ma senza dubbio al limite della sopravvivenza in una struttura nettamente da migliorare. TV con ricezione zero dei canali, wifi con connessioni non sempre funzionante, bagno di dimensioni ridottissime, possibilità di cucinare quasi zero (stoviglie in dotazione insufficienti e maltenute)

Me gusto mucho
La verdade es que ha sido todo un descubirmiento el Lucia Villas. Muy buena uicacion, a solo dos cuadras de la playa, limpio, comodo y con muy buena atencion de Manolis y su familia. Nosotros pasamos tres dias alli, lo encontramos por Internet y dudabamos que fuese tan comodo. Recomendable.

petit Hotel tranquille et bien situé (à distance des bruits de la vie nocturne,mais proche de la plage des restaurants,des commerces des transports(10mn à pied de tout ça)donc calme .le personnel est charmant ,discret,efficace. ménage fait tous les jours avec changement de serviettes ,de draps. une bonne réactivité à nos demandes (à la fois par mail avant le départ et au cours du séjour) un climat de confiance

Carinissimo hotel in stile cicladico. Mi sono trovata benissimo: la stanza era piccola ma molto comoda avendo anche l'angolo cottura, che può far risparmiare qualcosa sul cibo. La pulizia ottima, ogni giorno cambiavano lenzuola e asciugami e pulivano la stanza. Il personale, molto disponibile, sa essere sempre d'aiuto. La distanza dal mare e da tutte le cose necessarie(compresi pub) è minima, 500 m e sei sul lungomare con tutto ciò che serve. Insomma, una vacanza davvero piacevole.

Good and peacaful hotel
Stayed at lucia villas for one week. Nice little hotel with nice little pool. Very very good and helpful staff there. Room was cleaned every day and towels were changed. Useful little kitchen with all equipments was helpful. Good location cause hotel was only few minutes walk away from beach and perissas main road. Air condition in room was also very nice. Recommend this hotel to everyone who wants clean and peaceful hotel but also wants to be close to the bars restaurants.

per essere un hotel a due stelle l'ho trovato superiore,visto anche che ci cambiavano la biancheria tutti i giorni!! Forse un pò tropo distante dalla spiaggia con loro convenzionata,però a chi piace camminare....
