Awesome place
It was exactly as advertised. Wonderful, spacious suits, great view, very close to the attractions. Staff was super helpful and nice. Awesome food. Loved our stay there.

Finikia Hotel was above our expectation. At a really good spot with incredible views. We would walk from the hotel to Oia which was about 10-15min, nothing too crazy for amazing views and good restaurant ! The hotel restaurant was also 10/10 from breakfast to dinner. We highly recommend this hotel and the staff was amazing.

We had a fantastic week at this hotel! We loved everything about it - location, great staff, brilliant restaurant and lovely room! We arrived late around 11pm and the roof terrace restaurant with views to Oia was still serving food and the staff were very accommodating, with nothing too much trouble. Food and service was always excellent, with everything freshly cooked and the same at breakfast which was also fabulous and cooked to order! Great menu and wine/cocktail selection too! Our room (22) opened directly onto the pool which was great, room was spacious, spotlessly clean and serviced daily, bed large and comfortable, great shower room and plenty of toiletries plus kettle, tea and coffee, water and a useful fridge! The air con also worked perfectly! Wi-Fi was sporadic poolside but fine at the top by the restaurant and reception, so we did not see this is an issue at all, despite what others have said! Location - some beautiful walks on the doorstep, easy 15 minute gentle downhill walk to Oia (which was amazing) and bus stop virtually outside the hotel (buses easy to use, reliable and very cheap)! We loved the pool and the hotel and gardens were all immaculate! We will definitely be returning to beautiful Santorini and to this fantastic hotel! The hotel arranged a taxi transfer back to airport cost Euro 45, excellent service! Thank you to all the team at Hotel Finikia Memories for making our holiday so special!

We stayed at Finikia Memories Hotel during our honeymoon and it was our favourite hotel of the trip! Big clean rooms, a lovely pool, and the breakfast every morning was amazing (with a fantastic view too!). The hotel is a very easy walk to Oia and it was nice to be so close, but out of all the busyness. Highly recommend staying here!

This hotel was super clean and the staffs were nice. We can go to OIA on foot. In OIA, there were lots of restaurants/cafes that opened untill night, so this location was helpful. Also this hotel's restaurant didn't disappoint us at all:)

Property is good but it’s a boutique hotel so you we need to understand the nuances that comes with it - like no room service, no iron in room etc etc. The rooms are basically clean and small and should be good for couple but becomes very small and challenging if you have kids. No late check out allowed at any cost. Staff is very friendly and do is the staff od the restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast is good.

Bed on the upper section need some kind of lighting or warning so one would not bump head on the roof. We were frequently bumping head on the roof because of the dome.

No wifi in bedrooms due to poor internet service, needed to go close to pool outside the bedroom to catch signal. No AC, bedrooms very hot and when we asked about it they brought a small fan to put close to window.

Most of the staff are amazing but a few need more training regarding cusomer services. I did encountered both good and bad customer services at our stay. Amazing front desk and restaurant staff. Great food at their restaurant. In general, no tipping culture in Greece but they do at the restaurant. Weather condition is not good so we didn't get to enjoy their outdoor seating much. Wifi didn't work most of the time in our room.

I had a wonderful time at the Finikia Memories Hotel. I feel like it was a great mix of laid back bed and breakfast get away and appropriately contemporary property. The staff too excellent care of me as a solos traveler and the restaurant had very tasty food. You will not be disappointed. For a first timer, the hotel was close enough to Oia and Fira that a visitor could easily navigate without feeling overwhelmed— not to mention that the hotel provided maps and suggestion which made my stay easy and relaxed. I will return.

Was about a 15 min walk into Oia which was one for the price. Authentic cave experience. The hotel view is actually facing opposite of the caladra view. Made to order breakfast was also good. Found the restaurant to be over priced. 4 shrimp was 28eur with no side. It's hit or miss in greece when you find places that don't have buns with hamburgers, staff was kind enough to let us know that prior to ordering. View was still nice, was to windy/chilly to use the pool

Amazing stay at Finikia Memories! My husband and I visited for our honeymoon and we couldn’t have asked for a better hotel in Santorini! The staff were warm and welcoming, helping us meet our every need. The property is stunning with a beautiful pool and delicious restaurant. Breakfast is wonderful and our room with private plunge pool was divine. Would absolutely come back and we will recommend to all our friends/family. Thank you Finikia for an amazing stay!

Lovely Place with extraordinary views, comfy rooms, outstanding service. The restaurant offers some really good local food at affordable price and staff is very friendly. Specially Stelios! Top guy and fulfilled my expectations. This hotel is 15 min walk from Oia and 10 min from Perivolos which is good for value. I would rate my experience 10/10. will definitely come back. The restaurant attached to the hotel is great for all three meals. The pool is great and the staff is really nice. The WIFI doesn’t reach some of the rooms but that’s to be expected. Our shower drain was clogged which happens and they dealt with it within 5 minutes. You can tell they care about making you comfortable.

Three dining areas, indoor and outdoors, many options for breakfast, which was included! Love their coffee and freshly baked bread ! Large portions and reasonably priced dinners! Hotel has taxi service into Santorini for 15 euros,about the same in dollars ! The bus stops by the hotel, take it in to the center of town for two euros ! Or it is a thirty minute walk . The pool area is great! We would stay there again!

Hotel faces the other side of the island of Oia. Is about 20 minutes from Oia bus station and the busy areas of Oia. Breakfast is excellent.. you order from your cellphone what you want (pancakes, scrambled eggs, yogurt, fruit, cakes, etc) everything is delicious. My room had a private pool but the water was too cold to get in even when the weather was about 85. Like 2 blocks aways there is a nice place where you can rent cars and ATV called Filippas car rental. Ask for Stefan, he will give an excellent deal. I would definitely stay here again. Away from busy streets and so relaxing

After seeing all the positive reviews for this hotel I was looking forward to arriving at Finikia Memories. Upon arrival we were given one of the loft type typical cave house. The bathroom did not look like any of the pictures and was old and dark with no shower head and the tiniest space, lucky my husband and I are short otherwise we would not have fit. The power would go out frequently every 10 minutes and then restart. There was no tv and the wifi was terrible and we could only seem to get service in the main areas. The pool was nice and clean but never enough sun beds for all the guests and there was no music at all so the vibe was very dull. The free breakfast in the morning was very limited and everyday at least 1 item that we ordered would never arrive. Staff at the restaurant were very pleasant though. Unfortunately this hotel is not one that I would recommend or go back to, spend the extra money and stay closer to the main town of Oia.

We absolutely loved staying at the Finikia Memories Hotel. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The property is lovely and quite well maintained. We ate at the restaurant every morning and a couple of evenings -- quite good! Having the pool and on-site parking are huge pluses. The location is within a 15-20 minutes walk of Oia; it was nice to be close, but not actually in Oia. I highly highly recommend Finikia Memories!

Lovely clean hotel, friendly staff, peaceful, lovely sunset, amazing food. A 15 minute stroll into Oia either using the road or caldera footpath with amazing views as you walk.
