Our style is traditional and homy, in general and our valued guests tend to choose us exactly for this reason. Let us, also, clarify that we do not have any room with pool, therefore you comment about the small size of your private pool, does not stand. Your room was equipped with a private Whirlpool, therefore the size is smaller. Our dear guests, We would like to thank you for visiting Fanari Villas and thank you very much for spending some time to comment your stay adding your good words. We always try to reach our guests ‘expectations and to reassure a pleasant and comfortable stay. We’d like to answer your sincere comment by mentioning that all our different categories of suites, except the category “junior”, have an outdoor cool refreshing built whirlpool which is just for the private use of the guests of the particular suite. There are detailed descriptions in our website and in any other site or channel where we present ourselves. There are also photos of the different types of suites accompanying their description. We do have an indoor cave pool Jacuzzi in our Honeymoon Suite “Fanari” which photos are existing as well. Since 25 years of successful operation, and since more than 20 years that we have the unique half cave covered and half open main swimming pool, it is the first time that someone comments that we are presenting it as part of a suite. We’d like to ask you to excuse us but there was no attempt of misleading or to have a false marketing effort. Our numerous guests and a huge majority of them can reconfirm that we do exactly the opposite and we have as comments that our presentation is so “low profile” and that the reality is exceeding their expectations. The, in cave, stone built mini whirlpool which is attached to our main pool is our characteristic photo, famous and well known, even more and better than our logo. It is for common use and located in the center of our complex. In addition, it would be very helpful to note us the type of the suite that you stayed in, or your name, so we can locate and reconfirm the value for money of the accommodation that you had. Of course all these comments, we would be more than happy to discuss them with you in person during your stay, but unfortunately you didn’t give us the chance.
