A fantastic hotel perfectly situated for the beach and restaurants. The room was very nice with views out to sea. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we really couldn't be happier with our stay.

I must say that this hotel was outstanding! The rooms are clean and spacious and close to all the activity. But what makes this hotel is the staff! The go out of there way to help you with every concern you may have and always with a smile. From the girls at the front desk, to the girls who maintain the rooms and most importantly the girls at the pool bar/breakfast area. One of the best trips i've had in a long time and will definitely be back. This hotel is a hidden gem!!! Don & Aynsley Whalen

Greek Wedding & Vacation
My first visit to Greece was quite overwhelming, I was not expecting the impact of the beauty of Santorini and her friendly people. Our hotels location was amazing, the staff were all very friendly & super eager to please,(and did). Our suite was nice, well presented & very clean with adequate space for us, however, an extra luggage bench for the suitcases, and a mirror in the room would have been nice, as our visit was for a family wedding, and the only mirror was in the bathroom. Our Grecian themed bathroom was lovely & adequately stocked with the usual requirements. Our kitchenette was adequate but a sponge or kitchen towels would have been helpful, also I would swap the pressure cooker for a toaster. Overall our visit (my first) was extremely positive, from arriving to departing, and out and about, we were made very very welcome. we are back home now, & telling everyone of our wonderful visit to Greece, and looking forward to our next visit.

Great property, walking distance to pedestrian downtown area. Only caveat is that there is no room service. They do offer breakfast but only in the breakfast area and only breakfast, no lunch nor dinner options.

Loved staying here. The staff was excellent. Especially, Areti and Tatiana. Both wonderful girls. Panos who picked us up and the airport ad Aldi who dropped us off to Dmitri’’s Greek nights were also very friendly. The shower switch from the handheld to overhead did not work well but wr did not complain as we didn’t want to bother. Otherwise excellent. They have many room . Pick the one that fits your budget but we chose one with ocean view.

We loved it! Tatiana at the front desk, the beautiful young lady at the pool bar and the cleaning staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was impeccable. They were so welcoming and personable, we felt right at home. Our jacuzzi was a nice treat at the end of long days out exploring the island. The breakfast by the pool was really good too. The location was fantastic and the bed very comfortable.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Blue Waves. We had a spacious room that comfortably fit the four of us, and the staff was very helpful. It is about one block from the beach and restaurants of Kamari and right near the path to Ancient Thira. The pool and pool bar were fabulous.

My wife and I recently had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was always super friendly and ready to help us with anything. The location is perfect and with our honeymoon suite with a rooftop jacuzzi, we felt we had one of the best views in the entire area! Highly recommend this hotel for their fair prices, excellent service, and high-quality food. We would love to visit and stay here again!

We had an amazing stay! The property is beautiful and staff is very friendly. Few minor inconveniences like the hot tub mats and pillows were not as pictured, they were more of a very worn looking brownish grey. We were not able to regulate the hot tub temperature and we were disappointed to find that we did not receive bathrobes as we were expecting from the description. Overall, a wonderful stay in a beautiful location.

We are a Canadian family of 3 (parents and 18 year old) who stayed two nights to see sites on the island with our rental car. We highly recommend this place! Its new , quiet, clean, lots if amenities and terrific staff ! Id live to come back and stay There are great restaurants both near the hotel and at the beach - which 'just a 5 minute walk from the hotel , but honestly i prefer to stay just off the beach because its quieter, after we oartied at the beach! the Blue Waves facility and staff are great!

I will be back!!!
What’s not to love about this family run gem in kamari Santorini. The best place to stay! I was alone due to unforeseen circumstances where I ended up without my family to join me. Katia the receptionist was so kind and reassured me I would have the best stay here, and I did. I’d booked the honeymoon suite (unknowingly) and it did not disappoint! The room was beautiful, modern and clean with a private infinity pool on the roof. All the amenities were there and more. These guys really have thought of everything. A great use of the space and so tastefully decorated with a small kitchenette incase you fancied staying in. I was gutted to be alone but it made for the ultimate relaxing few days. The staff are just so lovely. Yannis the manager is so attentive, constantly making sure his guests are happy and have everything they need and his sister Vana runs the bar and reception through the evening also so friendly and helpful. Aldi is the bartender he’s there through the day such a personable guy helping to make you feel welcome and relaxed. Makes a good cocktail too! The main pool of the hotel is well maintained, clean and inviting. The sun loungers of great quality. The breakfast in the morning is delicious with many options to chose from all reasonably priced. The location is perfect next to a supermarket and across the road from a couple of restaurants with the bus stop and PCR a 2 min walk away. The beach is close. This really is the best hotel!

My Fiancé and I had a reservation at this hotel for August 2020; and we were not able to visit the hotel due to GREECE and US travel restrictions. We are very disappointed with this hotel because they were not accommodating at all. We requested a full refund for our stay considering the fact that the travel restrictions in place due to covid were out of our control. Our stay was for late August, and I contacted Expedia in the beginning of July to receive a refund, however the hotel was closed. After contacting expedia at least 3-4 times, Expedia finally contacted the hotel on our behalf, and informed us that the hotel manager Ionnis is refusing to give us a refund. The only option given was to book a stay for summer of 2021, however we felt that is unacceptable considering we were unaware of future travel restrictions at the hands of covid. Expedia did not help our situation either, they refused to give us a refund or even a credit. We have been loyal Expedia customers for years, however they have lost our business due to their lack of customer service.

We were here for just over a week and had a great time. We were greeted on arrival and made to feel very welcome and this continued throughout our stay and took the fabled Greek hospitality to a whole new level. The whole team were helpful and willing to offer guidance as needed. The location was perfect, a short stroll to the beach, if you didn't want to sit next to the pool, and lots of restaurants but also very handy to visit other areas of the island for which we hired a car for the day.
