I don't have many good things to say about this hotel. While on a 2 week trip with my father thru Greece, we got stuck on an island, as there were high winds, so all ferries were cancelled. We pre booked all our accommodations and when our ferry to Santorini was cancelled, I immediately contacted the hotel to let them know. It took nearly 2 days for us to finally be able to catch a ferry. While on the ferry, we spoke to other passengers experiencing the same, who all confirmed the hotels were very understanding and refunded their money, especially since it was slow season. At the port, upon arrival, we learned the hotel was charging us more than the local rate for a ride to the airport, so we went with a local company. This was also the only hotel that did not include transportation in our stay. When we arrived to the hotel, we missed 2 paid days. When I tried to request a refund from the front desk. She directed me to operations. When I emailed operations to request a refund and let them know I write reviews for a living, I wanted to give them the chance to mend the situation. I received an email stating I was blackmailing them and refusing a refund or even a credit. Never have I ever been accused of blackmail. I booked "the largest room" in the hotel and had to walk sideways in it. No hand soap, no toilettries and no hand sanitizer (it's COVID time). The free breakfast was mediocre. The only good thing was the location and the beach. There are other, better hotels.
