Great location with a great view from rooftop. Pool was OK but not heated and pool furniture need to be replaced. Apartment was very nice and comfortable, however awkward with TV in bedroom rather then in the living room. Balcony was a nice addition. It was great that we were able to keep our luggage stored safely even though we had to check out late in the morning even though flight to US was late in the evening.

The property is in an excellent location as Providencia has everything you need in walking distance and is only 100 m away from the Metro. However the pool wsas not open and was closed throughout our 2 weeks in central November 2018 there. To be fair, looking over at other hotels and properties there did not appear to be any open pools so maybe its not the season yet. No one spoke English but google translate was fine. The main problem with this place is the noise. Traffic noise, especially bendy buses was awful and even the double glazing did not help much. Security was excellent as there is only one nondescript door with 2170 marked on it and a buzzer system to let you in. Look carefully and you can find it by a taxi stand in google maps. The cleaning lady was lovely and very efficient. Google tranlate is wonderful. There is a washroom on the top floor (marked T on the lift) that has 3 wachines and 2 dryers. One wash costs 1300 pesos, approx £1.60 ish. Take some washing tablets with you for ease. OH yes take your own Tea bags as Chile is not a great tea drinking country and I hate Liptons!

Location was great but that's about it. No safety deposit box which it advertised there was Shower leaked and soaked the floor Really noisy air conditioner Cheap on the towels Leather couch was in such bad shape they covered it with sheets No coffee maker Big deck but not very inviting as no table to sit out and have breakfast No iron as promised After the first night we got moved to another unit which was inconvenient

This is really more of an apartment building than a hotel. Don't expect hotel type amenities like a hotel front desk. But the owner's representative, who is also the maid, is wonderful and extremely helpful. The apartment is ideally located in Providencia, and has really nice views. Only real negative is road noise, which is very heavy. Owner worked with me to resolve a problem related to the gym being out of action - he was very helpful.

Great location!
Studio is comfortable for two or small family, cleaning lady was nice, receptionist are just guards not too helpful for information. Wifi was weak, but it has good cable and it is really alive outside. Might be too noisy if you have a baby. Overall we liked the placed and would definitely recommend it!

Central Providencia Apartment Hotel
The apartment was clean and quiet, even though it's on one of the city's major boulevards. The location is right in the center of Providencia. The apartment is in a newish building, and all the furnishings are also new, but in a traditional style. While there is an able and friendly jack-of-all trades hostess, this is not a full service hotel. There's no front-desk, and all communication is by telephone, or Whatsapp. For us, this was not an issue. There is daily maid service.

Best stay in Santiago
This place was exactly what we needed and the best value for money in our trip through Chile. Rosa was very helpful and even arranged a car hire for us! Room was neat and clean and the bed was extremely comfy... Ver hard to get through the jet lag when you can't get out of bed. The apartment was well positioned with tons of restaurants and cafes around, including the Giratorio (revolving) restaurant a couple of blocks away. Metro station was also around the corner and Costanera mall (which is huge!) is 10 min away. 100% recomended!
