Weekend break
Great hotel right in the centre of Santander. Easy walking distance to lots of bars, restaurants, shops and the waterfront. Rooms were spotless and spacious. Staff on the front desk could have not been more helpful.

The property is great, well maintained and in the center of it all. The staff is wonderful. Carmen at the bar/cafe downstairs was very friendly and helpful talking about the area. She also makes great gin tonic with the local Gin. And Juan in reception was also helpful in making recommendations to visit and dine at in the area. Very friendly staff. I will absolutely recommend it and return to this Hotel in Santander for a fabulous experience.

Flying visit to Santander
Central hotel, close to lots of shops, bars and restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Only a one night stay so can comment on all the facilities on offer. Would definitely use again.

Excellent hotel in city center, great service
We got great service from the front desk repeatedly during our stay. Our room was spacious, comfortable, well appointed. The location was excellent for ferry and train and exploring the city center. Great restaurants, bars and cafes nearby as well as the very lovely Santander cathedral.

No water in the room. You have to pay to drink water! No kettle to make coffee or tea! The room had a strong smell of smoking I had to keep the window open during my stay. The only good thing was the size of the room ok That’s all We checked in 2 persons but there was only one toothbrush! You pay a premium price expecting excellent service but unfortunately it was a disappointment

The hotel was easy to find and the car park was directly below the property. It was a handy place to stay as it is so central. There is plenty to see nearby so the hotel's location is great for that. The staff were generally friendly and welcoming.

Horrible really, no AC in the room. Room was very small and uncomfortable. The bed was really bad too. VIP hotel but i didn’t get an upgrade or anything and they gave me the last room the had. Horrible experience really.
