Disons les vraies choses: ça reste un motel. Sympathique et joli, mais quand même un motel. À l'heure où je suis arrivé (fin d'après-midi) le staff était sans sourire, sans chaleur et, objectivement, vraiment pas accueillant. C'était mieux le lendemain matin.

This place blew me away. The room had a large, gorgeous fireplace. The bathroom floors were HEATED. The ceilings were tall and there were tons of windows for natural light. It’s right around the corner from the main plaza and super walkable. Breakfast was pretty standard for a complimentary breakfast. The only nitpick I have is that the pillows were nearly flat and definitely need replaced, but I would stay here again in a heartbeat no matter what.

The hotel itself and rooms are very nice, and they are currently remodeling some of the rooms. The breakfast, which was included in the price, was average-much like what you'd get at a lower end chain hotel. The thing we really didn't like was the "resort fee". This made the stay more expensive, and you got very little for the daily charge that was added on at the end. The location is very convenient to the Santa Fe Plaza- maybe a 5-7 minute walk.

Amazing property. Under a little renovation but you would hardly know. Perfect location for walking downtown. Food was excellent. Breakfast was always great. Staff was very friendly

Property was being renovated but it didn’t affect our stay. Convenient location to downtown. The staff was super nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good which isn’t always the case in other hotels we have visited. We would recommend this hotel to our friends and family.
