"Enjoyed the ambiance, the location, and the brunch"
It was all great. Would recommend this place to anyone. We were there at a low season, so it might be different at a peak season - but the easy parking, the great rooms and decor and especially the great food made this a wonderful destination.

Wonderful welcome by staff including wine, tea and cookies upon arrival. (4 to 5 P.M.)
Room was rustic decor, cozy and warm on a chilly night.
Hotel restaurant was wonderful for dinner.
The breakfast was a wonderful buffet of freshly cooked selections with background music of Classical Guitar.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
This place is located close to the plaza and within easy walking distance to shopping in Old Town.
Highly recommended to everyone.

"Bed and Breakfast charm feel, close to everything"
We stayed at the Inn at Vanessie for 5 days. For us it was a beautiful time to go as the temperatures were falling and we had some nice autumn weather. The room was large and comfortable and had a fireplace which we used every night. We enjoyed the complimentary continental breakfast each morning ,which was very good,in the sunny breakfast room of the restaurant. The manager, Maryanne was friendly and informative about the activities available in the area and was always willing to accommodate any request. As a matter of fact the whole staff was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay.
We also enjoyed some really good restaurants while we were there and one of the best was just steps away from our hotel door.

NB: This review applies only to the Hacienda hotel-w/in-hotel. Superior service and amenities. In Santa Fe for Dia los Muertos, where days are crisp and clear-- there are insufficient superlatives to lavish on the experience here. The Hacienda is beautiful, like staying in an art gallery. First class top to bottom-- from the butler service to the spa amenities, the generous and enormously capable staff makes the experience here. A shuttle service to take you around SF, and the staff truly have the perfect suggestion for dinner, art galleries, music-- you name it. We were absolutely delighted with our stay here.
