“Good value in a nice hotel”

Not particularly convenient with regard to getting to the square, but some might consider this a minor annoyance. The hotel itself is very nice-new construction and the rooms are well appointed and roomy. Breakfast is included but is about as basic as you can get (bagels, coffee, fruit and cereal)

“Great hotel”

Great breakfast; comfortable and spacious room; excellent staff, very helpful; overall a pleasant experience. We stayed here with our young children for several days for a quick getaway to explore Santa Fe and Bandelier NM. We will definitely stay here again, no need to look elsewhere for lodging. The only disappointment was the pool was closed for annual maintenance the morning we were checking out so our kids couldn't swim that morning, but that was just unlucky timing.

“Comfortable, quality place. Family friendly.”

Got upgraded to better room (two rooms with kitchenette #152) because of need for an extra bed for 3rd child (teen). Staff happy to oblige. Very pleased with condition and standard of room. Beds comfortable and very clean, two bathrooms and lounge. Heated pool very good for the children to entertain themselves. Stayed an extra night we felt so comfortable. Shopping centre across the road for supplies. Would definately recommend this to other families.

“Good for a family of 5”

Beds were comfy and I liked the way the rooms were set up. We could get our family of 5 in there without any issues. Good sized room!

Staff was great, the room was clean and offered a TON of space. A little tricky to find at first.

“Awesome staff”

Could use microwave in rooms, trash cans at all entrances and a washing machine facilty. Other than that this place was awesome the staff was extremely nice and tried there best to make sure everyone was happy. Will definatly return.

“Comfortable, reasonably priced and spacious!”

I couldn't have been happier with this room. Two queen beds AND a spacious sitting area (with sofa bed!), along with a desk, free wifi, a coffee maker and a mini-fridge. A microwave would have been nice but as we didn't actually need to use one, it wasn't a big deal. We did have an issue with someone in the room above us making a racket off and on for an hour. I finally lost patience and called the front desk to complain and the noise stopped almost immediately, so that was nice! Breakfast was free in the morning and we all enjoyed biscuits and gravy, fruit and yogurt, and bagels with cream cheese. Cereal was also available as well as a touch-screen menu to order the egg breakfast of your choice, or french toast! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a nice place to stay at a reasonable price in Santa Fe. 6 people could have easily slept in this room and there was even plenty of space for a roll-away bed, if one were needed.

“Two Thumbs up.”

We were very comfortable there. The decor and upkeep of the hotel was outstanding! You couldn't ask for a better experience nor a cleaner environment. The breakfast is lovely and varied. Not your usual roll and OJ. Thank you very much! Keep up the good work. The only thing I'd ad is it would be nice for the front desk workers if they could have a chair to sit in. It seems unreasonable to not care for their needs after taking such good care of your guests.
