The beds were out of this world comfortable- although each one of hit or shins on the end of the wooden beds. The key didn’t work when we first checked in. We had to go back 2 times to get it fixed. The valet staff was amazing.

This property is beautiful and the location is perfect! The staff was very accommodating and helpful. We loved the pool!

I was very excited to stay in this hotel again, however I was let down. The hotel allows guests to contact customer service via text. When we got in the lukewarm hot tub we messaged the front desk and were informed that the temperature could not be raised, and then told that it was 104 degrees (simply not true) and as other guests complained and left, that no one would be available to check. After shivering back to the room and informing a manager, I was told that I was mistaken, that the temperature is perfect. If this is an amenity that matters to you, or if customer service is a factor in your decision, I would stay elsewhere.

The property itself is nice, however, I went in March when it was still cool outside and the hotel was overall warm inside. I arrived 20 min after check in but the room was not ready. The front desk staff explained that the hotel was short staffed with cleaning personnel. I had to wait another 20 min for a room and it was a non- pet floor even though I had a pet. I appreciated the laminate wood floors in the room. The room was warm and the thermostat was placed on the lowest setting of 60 but it never cooled down. The hotel has an awesome text feature to get a hold of the front desk. I complained and they sent an engineer up who stated that it needed time to cool down since the hotel was pretty full with spring breakers. He offered to have a fan brought up and we accepted, but a fan was never brought up and the room never cooled which made for a warm uncomfortable night. It wasn't until morning that we realized the windows in our room could open. No one told us that and they didn't have a straightforward latch that made it obvious. The hotel is advertised as pet friendly but doesn't have a green space for pets. When I asked the front desk about this they recommended a park two blocks away which was mostly dirt. The hotel is in the downtown area that is mostly concrete and has some homeless folks nearby so having to walk your pet a distance to relieve themselves can be a little apprehensive. Not worth the one night $400 price tag I paid.
