The service was excellent, the condition and upkeep of the room was good. Our only complaint was the THINNESS OF THE WALLS, as we could hear a very loud bully in the next room. We decided that if it sounded like he was getting physical, or it went on past 10 pm, we would request a room change. Nether happened and we were able to sleep.

New paint doesn't hide the reality
Unfortunately this is a hotel that someone has spent money to give a facelift to, but it is rundown and old, smells old, beds are noisy when there's any movement on them (rated G). And the noise outside is the worst. Keep in mind when the price is low, there is a reason. The local (large) healthcare facility nearby may want to reconsider recommending this place to families. You get what you pay for. We left and checked into another hotel.

Room was nice and clean and the breakfast was pretty good. Area was kept very clean. The price is good compared to the other hotels. Would definitely stay here again.

I give local mgmt 5 stars for doing the best job with what they were given. Attention to detail was outstanding. Easy check-in, ample parking, better than average room ammenities and full complementary breakfast. Unfortunately, owner only gets 3 stars because rooms need updated furniture, carpeting and painting. Everything look very well maintained... but it still looks like gramas house and smells a bit like it too. Overall, a good motel for overnight stop-overs.
