The two ladies working the desk, the one when I check in eight thirty p m and the one at four thirty a m very lovely ladies, Very knowledgeable of the area. They were huge help. I couldn't say enough good things about them.

My door was opened either by hotel staff or a guest staying at the hotel that was not affiliated with my party

Our front desk agent showed you the video surveillance footage and as you saw,Nobody opened your door. You still wanted to move rooms, which we obliged. We checked on you twice after that and you said the everything was “awesome”.

The room was very nice and comfortable, clean. There was a fridge in the room, nice big tv and chairs. The bathroom was very clean. We had a shower only.

Stayed in Lompoc for a ride that started in Buellton. This is the second property that I’ve stayed at in that area much better than the last price was reasonable the rims were clean. There’s a few cool restaurants in the area so I did not need to go drive into Solvang to go have dinner, they recommend I on I restaurant

I just stayed there this past weekend for one night. The staff member who checked me in was very friendly and nice but the issues were in the actual room. My girlfriend took a shower and after getting done the ENTIRE bathroom floor was flooded. It turns out there was a broken seal in the shower and it literally forced water onto the bedroom floor also. And as she was drying off, she said a woman's hygiene pad just randomly appeared out of thin air, and was not hers. She thinks it was somehow in the towel and flew out of it. But either way this pad was just floating in the pool of water on the bathroom floor. It was a weird experience. Also in this room the floor was squeaky too which was just annoying. Fortunately, the guy at the front desk was still there and we called and he gave us a key to a new room which was an inconvenience but we didn't have issues with the new room thankfully. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone although it's quite cheap. If you are interested in staying in this town for whatever reason, stay at the Hilton Garden literally across the street from this one. We looked it up after we realized it was there and saw that it was only about $50 more to stay there for the night and would have most likely been cleaner and saved us a big headache in the process.

Dear Nathan, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you had. We try so hard to make every stay perfect but very rarely we encounter a maintenance issue that we cant resolve right away. In this case we needed you out of the room ASAP so we could dry the floor. The shower door was more than likely left ajar, as upon checking the seal was intact. We did our absolute best to find you another room close by and I am delighted the new room was perfect for you. Thank you for mentioning the low price you paid (76), you absolutely got a great deal!!

It was a small quiet facility, a little worn, but we appreciated the daily housekeeping. Close to Vandenberg Space Force Base and beach. Television was a crazy hodgepodge of cable with no guide available on the tv itself or in print. Staff was unfamiliar with how it worked. Recommend removal of cabinet door in front of fridge. Not needed and hinges made it hard to open and close the fridge.

Soda machine are our money but the room was so nice and so close to solvang! Def recommend and staff was very nice . Quiet too

It is a good value inn. Close proximity to shops and a very good sushi restaurant we went to. 20-25 minute drive to Solvang was also nice.

We stayed 2 nights, the second night upon returning alone at 9:pm my key would not work. No one in office but a note saying call this number, guy picked up and said yeah!! I told him my issue he said ok wait outside your door someone will be there to let you in, 20 minutes later someone showed. 20 minutes after that the people downstairs was in the same situation. Ridiculous. Bed had horrible stains on mattress. Did not discover this until almost check out…

We have been staying there since my mother in law moved to Lompoc. We find it clean quiet and very friendly. They are always willing to help in anyway they can. Always helpful in case of a change in plans. I recommend it highly.
