Property Amenities
Located in downtown Los Olivos, this quiet hamlet offers its guests something for everyone, from wine tasting to antique shopping.
Daily breakfasts are included in room rates and served in the recently-renovated onsite Restaurant Petros Los Olivos. Across the quiet main street is a second hotel building with a courtyard, splash pool, and patio.
Fess Parker guests will also enjoy complimentary wine tasting for two at the Parker Family tasting rooms - three locations.
The Champagne Spa and Boutique, also newly renovated, offer wine infused treatments, such as Vino Therapy.
Meeting and event facilities at the inn include three private rooms, the largest of which holds 100 for a reception. Complimentary wired (high-speed) Internet access is provided. A verandah, and the garden patio can be reserved for meetings, banquets, or wedding receptions, and catering is available. In addition, the lower-level wine cellar has a fireplace, rustic wood table, chairs with mauve- and green-patterned upholstery, and walls covered with rows of wine bottles and classic movie posters.
The friendly hotel front-desk staff make copies and send faxes for guests on request, as well as concierge services, and will ensure that each guest enjoy a relaxing, comfortable and memorable stay.

The Inn's recently-renovated 19 rooms are located in two Victorian-style buildings on either side of Los Olivos' sleepy main street. Guestrooms are individually furnished with original local artwork, soft colors, and floral or grapevine accents. Amenities include complimentary breakfast, complimentary wireless (high-speed) Internet access, bathrobes, and oatmeal-raisin cookies at turndown.

Adjacent to the second hotel building are a year-round splash pool.
Visitors fish and rent motor and pontoon boats at Cachuma Lake (20.5 miles). Yoga, Pilates, and horseback riding are offered within 5 miles of the hotel; in nearby Solvang (6 miles), several gyms offer day rates. Hang-gliding trips depart from the private Santa Ynez Airport (7 miles). The nearest public golf courses are Rancho San Marcus (4 miles), River Course at the Alisal (5 miles), and La Purisima (12 miles).

“What a lovely place to stay!”
We were pleasantly surprised by the attractive buildings. The desk personnel were pleasant and helpful. Our room was large and inviting, with a fireplace and windows looking out to the pool and hot tub. The location of the Inn was most convenient for strolling around Los Olivos as well as for driving around the wine country. We will definitely choose to stay there again.

“Spacious rooms”
We were most impressed the the spaciousness of the "standard" rooms at Fess Parker's Wine Country Inn & Spa in Los Olivos. I inquired, and was told all rooms are at least that size. A king bed, fireplace, loveseat, upholstered chair, 2 tables, full bath plus extra sink, refrigerator, large closet, and lots of room to spare. It is expensive, but not a disappointment. You awake to the sound of baby goats, chickens, a horse neighing - just a nice reminder that you are away for the weekend. We love horses, wine, and family, and had all three, so were in heaven.
“Excellent Weekend Getaway!!!”
My Husband and I went to Fess Parker's for a short honeymoon and it was an awesome experience!! The staff were all wonderful and welcoming, very helpful with directions to local sites and we will definitely stay here again. The rooms were very large and beautifully decorated and it was the most comfortable bed I think we've ever slept in at a hotel. When we went it was VERY cold so having a fireplace in the room not only kept the room warm and cozy but added to the overall ambience of the trip. The food in both the bar and the restaurant was great and having a full breakfast included with the price of the room was a bonus. If you're looking for a place to relax and taste some great wine - this is the place for you!!!

The hotel was quaint ( very B & B - but nice sized room) with great service and right in the middle of a street with many tasting rooms, little shops and great eating. Great bar in hotel, friendly staff, and bonus of breakfast included that was very yummy! Would definitely stay here again.
“Satisfied golfer”
Clean, quiet comfortable, what more could you want from a hotel. Spa treatments were great but thought there would be a fitness and sauna facility as well. Somewhat disappointed though treatments were superb.
“Luxury Hotel in Paradise”
This was the best hotel and exceeded my expectations. The hotel was impeccibly clean, comfortable and my room decor was absolutely luxurious. The air conditioning was cold and refreshing. I had a refrigerator in my room. The hotel staff was friendly, available, and ready to help in any way with directions, maps, accommodations, etc. One thing - do NOT pet the cat in the lobby - it simultaneously bit and scratched me one night when I was petting it! Avoid the cat. Evil cat! Everything else at the hotel was awesome.

Hotel interior and exterior was immaculate. Reception desk was very friendly and welcoming. Front desk agent was very knowledgeable of the area restaurants and attractions. Bar and restaurant service was outstanding. We will definitely return to this hotel.
