Very nice grand old aristocracy hotel. Will deffinitely stay there again. Very italian riviera. Short walk to the beach. The rooms and the bathrooms were huge and clean, high ceilings. Vry nice art artwork all over the hotel. Very nice views. Deffinitely have an esspreso or an aperitive in the hotel bar. The staff was very helpful.

Excellent location set 150m from the main road and beach which meant the hotel was a haven of tranquility. The superior rooms are worth every penny, spacious and well appointed. Easy walk into central Sanremo.
We stayed at Nyala hotel for 3 nights during the Easter break. The hotel was nice, rooms spacious and clean and a very good breakfast.
The only problem was getting to the beach or town centre and back,we tried walking but had trouble getting back as there are many stairs to climb from the road to the hotel so we took our car after that.
The staff were so nice and helpful, our flight was cancelled on our last evening and one of the staff called Alberto went out of his way and spent ages trying to help us find an alternative way of getting back to London.
Quite location and groundfloor lobby are the only positive points, the rest is very basic 2 star hotel. Staff is friendly, but with very basic English, room is dated, sitting bathtub has no shower curtain and very dated (although clean). You can hear every sound in the hotel. Breakfast - basic Italian. WiFi - only in the lobby. Summary: basic 2 star stay at the quite location near Russian church
Near the border with France on the Riviera dei Fiori, San Remo is known for the annual Music Festival and its extensive production of flowers. Visit the casino, an ancient building in the center of town celebrating its centenary, stroll through the Old Town with its awesome cobbled streets, or sit on the beach to watch the sunset.
