"This property is right on the ocean and recently renovated due to Ian. Nothing fancy, but great staff, cute outside Tiki bar and overall grounds are super nice. Sanibel has yet to fully recover from Ian, but get some bikes and enjoy the outside and you'll have a blast!"

"Room was very spacious, clean and new. Everything was well stocked for the bathroom and kitchen needs. Staff was very nice and attentive. The beach was beautiful as always. Know before booking there is no pool. There is one washer and dryer on the grounds for the guest to use without charge. Overall the stay was excellent. "

"Beautiful property especially in light of the slow recovery from Ian. Throughly enjoyed the beautiful condo, beach and pool when we could use it. We were locked out of the pool due to roofing of the adjacent building which we understood for safety reasons. But the communication about the closure was frustrating. Beachview vacations finally responded with a solution but it took a lot of effort. We still had a fantastic time and would highly recommend staying here!"

The family room was perfect for all of us to watch NCAA basketball games on the large tv. I would definitely stay at Ralph’s home again. It was a perfect long weekend getaway for our group of 3 couples."
