“A bit out of the way, but a nice stay.”

Great Tempurpedic bed helped me sleep well. They really do work as good as you see on TV! (a bit of free advertising for 'em...) At least a small room fridge would have been nice. It was about the only thing the room was lacking. Hotel staff was courteous. Prices are (not surprisingly) very high ($5.50 for a small Starbucks coffee, which is a lot for even Starbucks!) Fortuntately, there's a nice Waffle house about one minute's walk from the lobby as well as a couple fast food places just across the street. Very easy access from and to 285, but it's about a 35-minute drive from the airport. Thanks for a good stay!

“Great hotel for the price”

Nice hotel. What I've come to expect from Crown Plaza. Comfortable rooms. Friendly bar service. Good food in restaurant. However, not much around the area. I had to drive five miles to get to restaurants.

The only complaint that we had was that the TV was difficult to hear. very difficult to understand...we did not spend a great deal of time in the room so it was not greatly significant.

The hotel is in a great location! Easy to find and close to downtown and buckhead! The customer service experience was great for our entire stay! I would recommend to others and the price was much better than other hotels just 5 miles away!

“Great except for the wifi”

Great hotel, wonderful comfortable beds,very nice soaps. Every staff member that I met was very welcoming,some of the best I have seen. The staff is on par with major five star hotels I have stayed in! The only negative was the lack of free wifi in the rooms.

“Weekend Shopping”

The hotel was located right on exit 22 on interstate 285 had ample parking and plenty of rooms. 6 Minutes from Roswell Rd and 10 Minutes from Perimeter Mall and about 15 from Lenox/Phipps Plaza. Great location for shoppers. There is a nice restaurant downstairs with a mini bar on the side. The king size bedroom was very spacious with a comfortable lounge chair near the bed. Internet was $10 extra and I noticed I didn't have an iron. The room was equipped with an ironing board but, that was it. Overall the hotel was quiet even though there was a baseball tournament staying there. The staff was very pleasant and professional. Minus the iron and pay per use internet this was a great stay!
