“We'll definitely stay here again in the future!”

We were a little concerned that we would be getting a lesser quality room because of the very low rate but we were pleasantly surprised! The front desk staff member was very helpful as was the housekeeping staff. We requested a roll away bed when we arrived and it was in our room before we were. This hotel did not offer a lot of amenities but we were only using it to sleep and we were pleased that we didn't have to pay for services we wouldn't use anyway. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a quality hotel with a pleasant staff for a low price.

“A good place to sleep.”

The rooms were very nice and clean. the shower was clean with plenty of towels. Great service and friendly staff. My family liked it as well. I would definately stay there again.

“Awesome stay!”

The hotel looked kina shabby on the outside, but the room was great. The tub and Jacuzzi were both clean, and the towels were always stocked. Was the perfect place to spend our honeymoon. We would definatly stay there again :)

“It's honestly pretty good”

To start off: It's definately affordable. Yes, it looks somewhat worn down but I will admit its a good place to stay. I stayed there for 4 nights with my boyfriend while visiting Cedar Point. THEY NO LONGER HAVE A SHUTTLE RUNNING TO CEDAR POINT. just thought I'd make that clear. The room smelled kind of funny but then I realized its because it's just been cleaned. We had fresh towels every day and our beds were made. I heard people complaining about bugs. I saw no bugs, until I opened the door and they flew in, so keep your door shut. Lots of places to eat nearby and the hotel is 15 minutes away from Cedar Point, but parking might be hard to find late at night. Not a bad pool either. So yea. It's not as horrible as people make it seem. :)

Low price, nice hotel. The only thing is the breakfast, not very good the one included. Close enough to the park.

“Pretty happy”

Reading other reviews I was prepared for the worst. But it was very good in all aspects. The lady in the evening check-in was extremely nice. Stayed only one night, so I do not know housekeepping services, but everything was satisfactory and pleasant. Continental breakfast consisted of muffins, danish and english muffins plus juices, was very nice. Considering low price and great experience, would go back again.

didn't spend much time there but it served its purpose; the continental bfeast was minimal @ best; 10min max from CP; nice & cheap & decently clean

“If you're looking for a place just to sleep...”

I didn't expect much from staying at the Travelodge, I expected a semi-dirty looking room with a dirty bathtub, but I was surprized when I got to my room to find it other wise, the beds were soft and the bathroom was clean and the carpets were clean. If you're just looking for a place to pass out after going to Cedar Point, this place isn't that bad, it's only 15 minutes away from the park too!

“Much better than I expected”

After some reviews, I had some reservations about going to the Travelodge. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the motel. The room was very clean, service at the front desk was good enough for what I needed, and I was all-around satisfied with the place. Definitely a step above the dive motels you'll find in Sandusky. Only downside was that the beds were pretty stiff. A simple fix would be to walk up the street a little bit and get a couple beers in you before you hit the hay.

“Cedar Point Hotel”

The hotel was conviently located to Cedar point and anything else you may need. The pool was great. Room size was very good and the price was right.
