This was a great place for a quick trip with my grandsons. They loved the pool. It was easy to walk to dinner. Breakfast included waffles and that made them happy. It is very close to the African Safari and we love that place. The staff were so very pleasant. Our first room reeked of cigarette smoke, and they quickly gave us a different room. Someone will get a surprise $200 charge to their credit card for smoking in that room. Yikes. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Could hear the people in the surrounding rooms, the mattress wasn't comfortable, and the day shift desk clerk was obnoxious.

We had a room which slept 6 and i could not believe the room we had in it. The hallway to the bathroom could have fit another bed. It was so spacious which was absolutely needed with 3 kids and 3 adults. The pool area was super nice and the breakfast was good also.

Went to dinner returned to a man charging his phone, sitting on the floor by the side door. Not sure if he was homeless or not. Was happy my husband was with me. Lots of kids running down the halls but did quiet down at a reasonable time. Ice machine broken in our floor. Smallest shower I’ve ever seen in a suite.

Very professional and friendly staff, great little breakfast bar included. Very clean. My only complaint is the mattress was very lumpy and I didn’t rest well because of that.

What I liked about the property it seemed clean and I liked the pool and the dinning area the only thing I didn’t like was an alarm clock kept going off next door other then that it was a decent stay I also like my room it was very spacious and the bed was pretty decent

Property did not have our reservation from Expedia. On the phone 30 minutes with Expedia just for Expedia to refund our booking and hotel had a room but paid more. TV ridiculously small for such a large room.

Very nice stay. It was our 33 year anniversary and enjoyed our time there. Good breakfast available, close to what we wanted to do. Negative would be the construction around the area. Still was able to drive around with no problem, though. Staff was helpful nice.

The location is great. You can get to everything in the area easily. The room was not ready when we arrived. We cleaned up a few items that house cleaning had overlooked. The bed linen had lived out its life. The fitted sheet no longer stayed on the mattress. The bathroom fixtures, sink and shower, had loose handles. The rooms needed updated.

We were looking for a clean, affordable room to stay one night. This motel was perfect. If you are looking for frills - this is not the place. Light switches in the bathroom were weird - two switches operated the same thing. Toilet was tiny. Sheets were so soft. Overall, good stay.

Friendly staff, sub-par room
The room, despite being a non-smoking facility/room, smelled like soggy cigarette and a little bit of mildew. This gave me allergies and made me feel I’ll while inside the room while in my trip. Had a decent breakfast which came with the stay though!
