Front desk staff were incredibly nice and helpful. We checked in early and they informed me the room wasn’t ready, but they did text me as soon as I could check in. The room was large, but it had a smoke smell. I purchased an air freshener and was fine after that. We stayed in the back building. It was quiet and comfortable. Would def stay again!

We have stayed here many times. Large clean rooms and suites. Always clean and quiet. Very good breakfast. Several good restaurants nearby. Staff is friendly and welcoming. They welcome our dog as well

Great hotel
This hotel was absolutely amazing for our 2 families 4 rooms. The service was very good, checkin was fast and they have an amazing fireplace for meeting.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was very spacious and we loved the jacuzzi inside of it. One downside was having to walk to the main lobby to get ice, as there was none in the second building.

Minus the 1/2 gallon of milk left in the mini fridge from previous stayers (unexpired so was likely from recent stay) the room, bathroom, and bed was very clean. It’s been a while since I have stayed at a hotel that actually has a decent breakfast. We enjoyed our stay

Weekend getaway to cedar point
The lady when we checked in was very friendly and welcoming. We were in the back building, the door to building was rigged and didnt lock. The room was presentable, did see some ants near the jacuzzi tub access panel. Those were killed and never seen anymore.Fridge didnt cool or have shelves. Jacuzzi tub jets didnt work.carpets left our socks/feet dirty. Place could use a good maintenance person and steam clean. But for the money and location it was fine, definitely stayed in worse. I imagine when it was first opened it was very nice.

Bed was a little too soft for us but room was clean. There was water in our coffee pot when we went to make coffee so we got coffee from the lobby. But overall, clean hotel and very friendly staff.

I NEVER write reviews however, choose this as a quick overnight from a Cedar Point trip with family.Hands down a great experience! Would definitely stay again. Check in at 11:15pm was fantastic- staff was super friendly, hotel clean, secure, hot coffee /chocolate were even available. Breakfast in the morning was fine too along with another set of super friendly staff. Thanks so much!

This is a motel turned into a hotel. The room size was nice with having a living space and a bedroom, but the condition of this property was very poor. There was dust and paint touch ups all over. The lamp shade had stains on it… this hotel doesn’t look anything like the pictures. Staff was friendly though!

Disappointing second chance
Upon arrival I pulled back the comforter and noted the sheet to have black specks of something all over it as well as a stain. The front desk worker immediately moved us to another room when I let him know. We were upgraded to a suite. This room had clean beds. However there was hair in the bathroom, the pull out sofa bed had obviously not been pulled out and cleaned in quite awhile and the tv was glitchy to the point you couldn’t watch it at all- to which I was told there was no fix by the front desk. Luckily we were only needing the room to sleep for one night. This was my second chance with this property and my last.

Staff was so nice! The night manager was a little brass but the clerks checking in and out were so sweet. Rooms were clean and well updated. The breakfast was ok but quiet and a lot of seating. We were overall very happy with our stay!
