“Small ... But a great Deal”

Plane to Clevland was delayed, Didn't get to the hotel until after midnight. Clerk answered the buzzer in less than 10 seconds and was very professional and cheerful. Rooms are clean and neat, just on the small side. If you are going to Cedar Point and you just have to sleep someplace close, you can't go wrong. Family of 4 would definetly stay there again. Even had alittle breakfast spread in the little office!

My family went to Sandusky to visit Kalahari waterpark for just 1 night. I booked this inn because it had really good price comparing to other hotels. It was easy to find since we had GPS, but I guess it'll be easy if you don't have it. I was surprised to see there was no hallways in front of room doors, but I got used to it. (I've only seen hotel like this in movies, lol) Though room was really close to outside, heater worked well. And we could sleep without any noise or coldness. Room was clean, sheets were clean, TV was well-working and bathroom was clean. There were several hangers so that we could hung all of our jackets. We were provided with shampoo, lotion and even facial soaps! Staff (I didn't see many staffs around here) was really nice, and breakfast was satisfactory. But remember that you should bring your breakfast to your room since there's no dining room!

“Great Location for the Buck”

My daughter & I & friends stay here was exactly what we were wanting & more. The Lodge was small about 25 rooms. The place is old but was clean & the staff very pleasant. The continential brkfst was sufficent{danish,coffee,juice} & was served until we left in morn,11am. Quiet but on main road to all types of eateries, target, walmart & about 2 miles from Cedar Point Park. Although not fancy it was easy on the pocketbook, clean, & a nice place to lay down after a long day at the park. I would & my friends would stay again. Criddle Family Santa Fe, TX

“Cheap Getaway Weekend-Close to Everything”

Overall we were very pleased with the hotel. The front desk folks were very friendly. The continental breakfast was very fresh and a good selection. The hotel was close to food, shopping, movies and Cedar Point. We highly recommend the mexican restaurant right in front of the hotel. It was great tasting and priced. Be warned about Wild Wings and Fridays we got horrible service at both.

“Serviceable”

We had great customer service for a quick stay after visiting Cedar Point all day. Attendant was ready with the room key on arrival; check in was very quick and pleasant. Room was clean and more than adequate for our needs. The outdoor maintenance could have been better. (There were cobwebs and other signs of minor neglect.) The breakfast was minimal, but I appreciated being able to get coffee first thing in the morning and the local newspaper at our door. As economy lodgings go, this was just fine.

“Better than expected!”

Before booking a room I spent a fair amount of time reading reviews. I had to decide on the issue of cost vs staying in the park. I'm glad I decided to go with cost. The motel was in a good location (close to the park) and was nice. It was a tad worn around the edges but the room was big enough and clean. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels and hot water. As tired as we were after riding glorious coasters all day it was great to come back to a cool comfortable room. The price was a bargain. They even threw in soap -shampoo and lotion. The breakfast satisfied thought it wasn't hot. Would stay again. Not the finest place we've ever stayed but more than we expected for the price.
