“Very nice for the price!”
As i pulled up, the outside appearance was very inviting; as well as the attitude of the staff. I had one problem that I took onto myself to take care of, because I didn't believe it was the hotel's fault. Some previous visitor must have thought it to be a great joke, yet was very disgusting. They smeared feces inside the tank right at the water level so when flushed, the toilet emitted an awful stench. No fault of the hotel, nor it's staff, because it took me an hour to find the source of the smell only due to the fact that the first thing I did when I arrived to my room was to use the restroom. The trip included my going to Cedar Point 2 days, and that was the best park ever been to.
“Good location and value.”
Would recommend this hotel as clean place at a reasonable rate.
“Great Service”
Great service, great atmosphere and very pleasant personnel.
“Definitely recommend”
I was very impressed with this hotel, and would definitely recommend it. I will definitely return.
“Best Bang for Your Cedar-Point-Lodging Buck”
Unlike many other hotels in the Cedar Point area, this one was extremely clean, well maintained, and a great deal for me and my traveling companion. We had full access not not only the hotel therapy pool but also the two pools and one spa of the establishment next door. The continental breakfast was filling, and the desk clerk was very friendly. Recommended!
“Will stay here the next time I visit Cedar Point”
Overall I was extremely satisfied with my stay at the Comfort Suites. The room was clean everyday and the service was great. The hotel is also in a great location. It's close to restaurants, Ice cream, the Mall and also a 24 hour Wal Mart-that met a midnight need. We went to Cleveland one day and the State Rt 2 entrance ramp is a block and a half from the hotel. Having a tendency to get lost, I found this welcoming. The drive to Cedar Point was a few miles, but it was not a problem. We still were able to make it there in 10-15 minutes. I will stay here again the next time I visit.
“Great Hotel”
I was worried after reading the other reviews. We had a great room on the top floor. It was quiet. The front desk and staff had no personality at all, but that didn't really matter. The breakfast room was not the best, but it had waffles, cereal, mufflins. I was a little disappointed int he mini bagels. I wanted a full size one, but again, not the end of the world. You could tell the lady cleaning up in there had a really hard time keeping up. She was the same one that warned me at check-in that they take all the food away at 9:30, so make sure I get to breakfast on time..lol. We stayed there for Cedar Point and it was not far at all. overall, it was fine for a hotel, it was clean and we had no problems.
“Every Year”
Once a year we travel to Cedar Point for our coaster fix. We are never disappointed with our stay here. FYI: We use the room only for place to sleep and clean up.
“Great Room”
This hotel was great. I dont have anything bad to say about it. Rooms were clean, spacious, and the empolyees were nice to deal with. When I go back I plan on staying here again.
“Worth it especially the price!!”
