What we offer you a wonderful experience at our hotel. It is a family and business oriented hotel for ultimate guest satisfaction. Our four star hotel provides commodity to all our hotel guests. This hotel offers 180 spacious finely equipped exterior guest rooms and suites well distributed throughout our four floors. The building provides five floors and other 2 underground floors for parking.We also offer 6 wonderful meeting rooms prepared for all events, conventions, business meetings, conferences and social events. All banqueting rooms are named after the San Sebastian city beaches such as la Concha, Ondarreta and Gros meeting rooms or different towns of the Basque country such as Zarautz, Guetaria meeting room, except for the Urgull meeting room which is named after the Urgull Mountain. Our rooms and suits grant a desirable stay due to the space provided in each room and especially in our four junior suites with amazing natural lighting surrounding them. We offer menus and a la carte courses. We recommend you to reserve a table prior to your arrival to the hotel, in order to assure yourself a nice spot at our restaurant. We also provide room service in case all the tables are reserved for the day. Opening time of the Kukkari restaurant:• Monday to Friday from 13.30 to 15.30h and 20.30. to 23.00h• Except on Week-ends and holidays restaurant is closed from 20.30 to 23.00h Our cafeteria / bar services:Find comfort and relaxation while having a drink at our cafeteria/ bar. Park around the corner (big outdoor carpark) for 4 euro / day and save yourself some money for beer and tapas! Lovely 30 min walk along the beach to town centre. Lovely sheltered beaches.
