the kitchen, suites were fine and clean. BUT the chemically enhanced scents they use for cleaning are so overwhelming - we literally had to keep our windows open to air the place out. Our clothes smelled of the same when we arrived home. Any public place should use fragrant free cleaning products. Many people have allergies and are strongly affected by fake perfumated scents filled with chemicals. We had to ask to change our rooms. the AC/Heater did not work properly and the refrigerator in the room was so loud we had to wear earplugs to sleep. the rooms were clean though.. but that scent was throughout the entire place. They take pets there - but the scent was so overpowering - and you could still smell the dogs!

My wife is in a wheelchair and we booked an accessible room. We were given a standard room and by the time we realized it, it was too late to move. The lack of accountability made it very hard to get my wife to the bathroom and into bed.

I didn’t like being in a first floor room because I was not able to open the window because of the cars and people passing by. Also I requested 2 beds and was given 1 which left me and my guest uncomfortable.

Horrible experience!! Never stay here !
I was told upon arrival at 9:30 pm that I no longer had a room even if it was pre paid as the room was not available due to a broken shower. Was never called or emailed to notify me in advance. I was told since I booked via Hotels.com they did not have my info to contact me. We did not have a vehicle and was told they would not compensate us for an Uber so we can go to another hotel. Manager Blanca and front desk Isabela were zero help and not empathetic at all. Worse experience ever !!!!

The Room was nice. Very comfortable. On Sat afternoon about 4, a large party gathered at the BBQ area. Most were not staying at the hotel. They unloaded ice chests, chairs and stereo speakers. Then the party started. Very, very loud music and lots of people milling around being loud. Thats OK with me as a car show was in town and I understand people want to hang out with friends. By 7PM I was tired of trying to hear my TV over their music. I was on the 4th floor, windows closed. I called the front desk and was told they would talk to them. By 8PM I called again. Same response, no action. Again at 9. I had an 8 hour drive ahead of me in the morning and wanted to sleep. At 10PM I called the front desk and I was not happy. Told them that the party needed to leave. My next call would have been Santa Maria PD. The staff know this was going on because it was right outside the office window for 6 plus hours. Maybe they were friends with some of them, I dont know, but it will impact my decision whether to stay there again next year. I know I cant be the only guest that complained that evening
