“Very nice motel.”
Not the fanciest motel. Fairly basic. Arrived about 1:00 am. Lady behind the counter was awake, nicely groomed, alert, smiled, and was very eager to serve. Next morning, clerk was also very eager to be of help. Great service. I have often received "do you really have to bother me and do I really have to help you" service at Hilton's and other high end hotels. This place made me feel glad I was there, if only for a few hours. Very clean room. Bed nicely made. Very clean bathroom. Hotel was easy to find and get to. A perfect place to stay for a restful, relatively inexpensive, short night's rest.
“Very convenient to Airport bus and Light rail”
Hotel personnel are always friendly and helpful. Place was clean and quiet. Everything I needed was within walking distance or a quit trip on the light rail which literally runs just in front of motel.

The hotel was priced reasonable and was close to the light rail--I left my rental car there and took the train back and forth to the convention center.
“Cheap, clean and convenient”
If you are looking for a clean, convenient place to stay in San Jose, don't overlook this place. While it is old (and could use some updating) the rooms were spotlessly clean. Free high speed Internet. Shares its parking lot with a 24/7 Denny's and is only 1/2 block from a light rail station. If you're looking for 4 stars, look elsewhere; but for the business traveler or family on a budget, consider this place.
“Great place to stay”
Front desk customer service was super friendly and helpful. She was able to help us with traveling around the hotel to downtown which saved us money. Short drive downtwon and easy access to the freeways. I will definitly stay here again, the next time I'm in town. Had no problems whatsoever at all. Fairly recommended!

“It was Okay, economical, comfortable, clean, close to airport”
It was a good central place to go back to or start out your agenda. Has broad band access for the computer and continental breakfast, what more do you need?

for the money this is a good hotel and close to medical offices there is a denys in the same parkinglot which makes breakfast convienant and the pool and spa where very clean and kept up
