It was so clean and updated. Always smelled good walking in and the staff were friendly. Only down side was that we could only enter and exit through the front door so when parking far or in the back u have to walk all the way around (if your room is on the left side) but everything was great otherwise

This is not my first time as their guest. Very expensive for what you get, but the basics are all there. Statf is great, breakfast is OK. Rooms are clean and typically fine.

Kinda overpriced and needs remodeling. It is fine, we stayed here comfortably for 2 weeks. And staff is good. But felt more like a 3 star than a 4 star... remodeling is needed and the first floor gets some bugs.

I came here from Sacramento to see a specialist and so I needed to have a quiet, soft place to land after treatment. It was wonderful being just a few steps away from the dining room. The food was so good. We really didn’t want to eat anywhere else. If you haven’t tried the hamburger, you really haven’t had a hamburger. My husband had it two different times. The waiter was wonderful and very attentive. Right when everybody was coming in and getting ready for bed it was noisy, but I was so exhausted I slept anyway. I just remember hearing it a few times. But it quieted down and after that it was great. I was up and down during the night, but never heard a peep out of anybody. We were on the ground floor which was fine because it was so close to the restaurant. I like that you can choose to not have housekeeping come in and that’s what we chose. But we forgot that we probably needed new coffee pods so had to wait a little while for the restaurant to open at six. I love how spacious the room and bathroom are. And I love how clean everything is. It has been a long time since I’ve stayed in a place that was this clean. it was also amazing that they have a doorbell for the hearing impaired that flashes. How thoughtful. Great shampoo and body wash in the shower too. i’m sure this place isn’t perfect, but the price was really awesome and we can’t wait to stay there again. I will be going back up to the bay area in about six weeks for my next treatment. We will stay here for sure.

overcharged, on referential Guest Service (Room TV) complimentary parking but the hotel charged $18 a day! parking around the hotel. I can hear the next room talking and every time they open or close the sliding bath door. sorry will never come back! and no dinner served on Sunday and Monday only junky food from the lobby machine. watch out, I have an allergy to dog hair.

This is a nice little hotel, we use it when we go to 49er games. The front desk service is always very nice and helpful. This is a clean hotel, the rooms are nice, the lobby and restaurant as well.
