We arrived a 2 o'clock and the room was available so we were able to check in an hour early. The parking is very tight and that was the main drawback. The other issue was that they have no king-size beds, which we prefer. The queen bed was fine but it didn't seem warm and cozy and we couldn't get the room to heat up. Since we were only there one night we didn't tell management like we should have, as I'm sure they would've had someone check the heating system.

Great room arrangement. Nice full kitchen and great worktable for your computers etc. Real hot breakfast.. eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. Not that continental breakfast garbage that lots of places claim is a breakfast. I do lots of business travel and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Recommend this place.

We were staying at Residence Inn for a bachelorette party, the main party had been booked in a two bedroom suite. There were a few extra girls that needed a bed so we booked a studio room. Upon arrival we asked to be placed as close as possible to the two bedroom suite for convenience. The staff at the front desk informed us that the closest room was down the hall and around the corner, all other close rooms were one bedroom suites. That was fine with us, it was a short 2 min walk, no biggie. We got into our room and noticed it smelled kinda musty but figured it just must need to be aired out. My friend went to use the bathroom and discovered that the entire bathroom was soaked. The fire sprinkler had gone off in the bathroom and was still dripping. We called the front desk and they immediately sent a maintenance man to determine if it could be wiped up or if we needed to switch rooms. He came in and said "Uh Oh" and headed back out. The front desk called back and informed us that we would need to be switched rooms and to come to the front desk to grab the new keys. I went to the office and grabbed the keys and headed towards our new room. They ended up placing us just TWO doors down from the bachelorette party in an upgraded one bedroom suite for our inconvenience! I would have never even requested/demanded an upgrade, but that was SO kind of them!! I would absolutely stay here again, and hopefully next time have time to swim in the pool and relax in the spa!

I booked three nights here several months ahead of a reunion up the road at Stanford. Price was about 1/2 of what it was the week before, and about 30--40% of the exorbitant rates in other area places. Great place and easy access of El Camino. Were able to accommodate a two hour early check-in! . Very clean - and love the set up of the residence inn. Had a friend with me and we split bed and sofa bed so each had own space. Would definitely stay again.

This really is not a hotel but more of a apartment complex with a front door manager. We had a studio apartment with a very nice kitchen. The room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast is a little different. There is some cold food(Hard Boiled Eggs, Cereal, Yogurt, Bagels, Cream Cheese) and there is also coffee and juices. There are only 2 seats in the breakfast area so you do need to take the food back to your room. It appears that many people actually stay at this "hotel" for extended lengths of time. We would definitely stay there again because the room and kitchen were very nice.
