“Great Business Stay”
Great value and location for business in Milpitas, Fremont, San Jose and Santa Clara. Highly recommended.

This Hotel is a little out dated but for my needs it was very comfortable. !GREAT SHOWER! Nice easy chair and not to noisy. I would use this hotel again. Only draw back Breakfast w as served to late.

“Adequate for price”
The room was adequate - layout, size, etc. The carpet was not clean, nor were the walls and doors. The first night was very loud; many people around - perhaps a late night party. The second was more quiet. The room is adequate for one on his/her own budget who wants a decent, inexpensive place to stay. I left before the office opened each day so I don't know what the breakfast was like, if there was one.

Everydays clean up the room of hotel not doing it well..........some time just everythings still the same...........

I booked suite non smoking room, at the end i get smoking room & dirty. I m not satisfied with the ads. I booked non smoking room but when we come in, The room smell smoke. I call customer service they can only over downgrade room without any refund. Since we check in late at night and tired, we just sleep and check out early in the morning. In the breakfast room, the food very limited and the coffee machine broken. Bad Hotel & far from freeway.

“Worst hotel I have ever be in.”
The room was smelly, filthy, and not secure. The bathroom window would not close or lock. Behind the night stand, we found used bandages, beer bottle lids, and a drug bag. Behind the TV. there were cigarettes in a non-smoking room. There was one small towel. When we asked for more, one of the towels had a hole in it. The white bed cover had blood stains on it. The out door swimming pool (not the one in the advertisement) jhad cold water and the hot tub was not working. I would not stay there again.
“Be concerned when asked to pay cash ......”
I was asked to pay cash for extra towels, to change rooms and to check out 30 mins late. When I advised the front desk that I do not carry cash, they decided I no longer needed to pay for those items...I found that very interesting. Also, the online pictures are very ,very ,very deceiving. I would not go back even if I was paid to do so. The one positive ,was that the "facility" was close to the freeway and the Great Mall. I will stick to what i know from here on out. Hope this helps someone:)
