My Stay was Terrible for two main reasons. 1. The shower head was too cheap! Could not get a good shower. 2. The bed was lumpy and left me with a backache! 3. Customer would appreciate a full refund. Thank you! Angela Gage Booked via Expedia App

Clean, convenient hotel with great free breakfast!Posted 24-Sep-2014
We came here for a rave at the Shoreline Ampitheater. Clean, comfortable rooms, accommodating, polite staff, yummy hot breakfast, most of the hotel was there for the rave so the staff didn't give us any unnecessary rules or judgement. PLUR...

Simple elegancePosted 19-Aug-2014
3 1/2 stars. I liked this quaint hotel. We were greeted at the front with freshly baked chocolate chip cookies and fresh cold lemon water. We were also given complimentary bottles of water to take to our room. The room was clean and cozy. Everything worked well and the smell was clean. I liked the vanity sink outside of the shower/toilet area. The shower head has really low even for a guy 5'9". Feel sorry for the 6'2" man. He will have to bend over to bath. The best part was the Keurig coffee maker in the room. Terrific for a boutique hotel! The continental breakfast was surprisingly plentiful and fresh. The place had a small workout gym which I used comfortably. No wait and no lack of water or fresh towels. Check out was easy. No need to do anything but leave. Parking was fine except at night. The front packed in and although I didn't need to look elsewhere I'm sure there was parking in the back. All in all it was nice. It's not a raider by any stretch and I would've loved a pool but we only stated one night so it worked perfect. Got my bang for the buck. Used expedia and paid $153 per night. With fees it came to $166. It was worth it.

The bed was uncomfortable. I thought I was booking a hotel with a pool or spa this hotel isn't for families. We had to travel a hour out for anything fun for kids.

Very clean hotel and very quiet consideringPosted 1-Jul-2014
We just stayed one night and found the hotel very clean and comfortable. It was conveniently located on the main street and the room was very quiet considering the constant traffic. Also an easy walk to Castro St where all the restaurants and bars are located. Breakfast was a quick start to get us on our way.

This hotel is centrally located in Mountain View - a little far to walk from Castro Street - the main street - and located on a very busy and noisy street (El Camino Real). There were no curtains in the room (just drapes) so I had to keep them shut - shutting out the sun - because even on the third floor you could be seen from the street. There were definitely touches I liked (nice staff, mostly nice decor, comfy bed) but others not so great (TINY shower with immovable shower head, little water pressure and breakfast that was free but forgettable).
