“Very clean and well-staffed.”

The cleanliness of the room impressed me the most. The room was absolutely spotless and in working order. The area is quiet and convenient to both downtown and the airport. The free breakfast was a nice touch too, especially considering the low price we paid. Free wifi too. I can't imagine a better hotel for what we paid.

Very enjoyable room clean and comfortable. Looking forward to breakfast little disappointed in selection of items and asking to make more coffee. But over all very happy.

Had problems with refrigerator and they fixed right away. We are older and had lots of luggage. Gentleman at desk helped unload car and carry to room. Staff was very accommodating. Would recommed to others.

Good price for a two night stay, wouldn't stay there for a week but 2 days was just fine =)

“Inexpensive and Great Service”

The hotel staff was very friendly and the room was great for the price. It even had a microwave and a little refrigerator. The hotel was clean and located in a convenient area. I would recommend requesting a room on the front of the building since the back side is right next to the highway and can be a little noisy at night. Overall I was very pleased.

Staff were friendly and helpful, not much around but convenient for stopovers and transfers from airport. Comfortable bed and clean room can't really ask for alot more. Would stay again.

“Average and simple”

Reasonably clean. Sits next to 880. Neighborhood is not one wants to go out in at night. Almost no place to eat near (bowling alley). Basic utilitarian room with little refrig, mw, small bathroom. The bed was very firm and the pillows thick (which I don't care for). Stay closer to the Great Mall for better services.

“Bring Earplugs”

Room was larger than expected, especially the bathroom, no bad smells or obvious dirt, smelled like Febreeze. Bed comfortable enough. I tried the Japanese retaurant a few blocks away and thought it was very good. Now the bad - freeway noise was horrid - you could throw a rock and hit the overpass, tried to get another room, but they had no rooms available on other side. The ashtray for my floor was right outside my door, as well as the vending machine, so was kept up part of the first night with people smoking and talking - sounded like they were inside my room. I wore earplugs the remaining nights and that was better. Breakfast was slices of bread, english muffins, peanut butter, jelly, apples, bananas, a few pastries, coffee, juice - photos I had seen showed a waffle maker and hard boiled eggs, I thought, didn't have either this trip. Parking lot was very tight and - bonus - they had construction worked staying, so large trucks and trailers taking up what little space there was. The rates were reasonable, but next time I'll pay a little more and go somewhere else.

“TERRIBLE!!!!”

I would not put my dog staying there the place was filthy, the toilet leaked and ran all night, the floor felt like it was going to fall thru when you walked on it. Hotel was located directly next to a very busy highway and was extremely noisy, the pillows were too dirty to put them over your head and try to drown out the noise.
