“awesome, would stay here again”

experience is nice and great for me, it only takes 1 light rail to go to the great mall. my only complaints are the shower isnt working what its supposed to be and the exhaust isnt working but its not a big deal for me since im not really a picky person.

“Friendly, efficient, comfortable and clean.”

I was welcomed warmly when I arrived, despite it being nearly midnight, was quickly and efficiently checked in and informed about the breakfast times and wifi details. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was big and comfortable. When I missed the breakfast the next morning the friendly receptionist gave me directions to a local diner where I could eat. The receptionist was also knowledgeable about the area and transport and dealt with my requests and questions efficiently. I would recommend Caravelle and will definitely stay here again!

“Cute Little Roach Motel”

the hotel was located in a prime area for travel and business entertainment. But the service is really "iffy" and the cleanliness of the rooms was highly questionable. the rooms were great when you first arrive, but there are roaches that pop around every once in a while. The pool was not available for use (for cleaning supposedly). I would not suggest that hotel to anyone, but rather the hotels that are near the area.

“Don't Judge a Book by It's Cover”

Room 118 is in badly need of renovations. Curtains were wrinkled. Bed spreads were wrinkled. Lights over the full length mirror did not work. No iron or ironing board. Socket covers were badly aligned and hanging out all over. The overall feel of the room was very poor. The photos of the property was extremely misleading. I will never stay at this property again.
