We had a wonderful trip. After reading other reviews, we had some concerns about several different things that ended up not being an issue such as: corporate events taking over many areas, several bad reviews about the food and non friendliness of staff. We loved the resort, found the staff to be very accommodating and friendly and would go back again! The resort is very well laid out and all restaurants and public areas are very close in proximity.
We don't want spring break lunacy and enjoy a place with atmosphere and some flavor. This wonderful place fills it all. Great staff, really good food, colorful Mexican decor and furnishings. Right in the old town historical center. We would return to this place in an instant.
Perfect blend of old world charm and location in the heart of San Jose del Cabo. Wonderful staff, clean and well maintained courtyard mission style buildings with mature vegetation. I brought a number of friends tothe hotel and they loved it, especially given the great value. Highly recommend it if you want to experience downtown San Jose del Cabo and be withn walking distance to everything the city has to offer.

The location compares to any of the beach front hotels, they are all on the same stretch of sand. The beach was not for swimming. The hotel staff was amazingly nice and they really make efforts to give you a nice stay. We had a very nice stay and wouldn't hesitate to return to Posada Real.
Since our resort had not yet re-opened after the hurricane we reserved at the BelAir. The restaurants were great. All meals had beautiful presentation and were delicious. The romantic dinner on the beach was intimate and our server was very attentive. They recovered beautifully from Odile. We would stay there again.
Our trip started out on an ugly foot. Expedia double booked our room at the hotel therefore we did not have a room for the first two nights. The hotel manager Jesus along with Valentia were absolutely wonderfully in accommodating us at another resort a few minutes away. We also greatly compensated when we returned to the hotel the following days. The room was he cleanest I have ever seen and the pool area was wonderful. No need to get up at 7am to reserve a chair, they're always available. The entertainment staff was hilarious and the daily games around the pool made for an awesome stay. The food was also excellent for an all inclusive resort along with middle to top shelf liquor. With the beach at your toes too there was no need to even leave the hotel, except for camel riding of course. We cannot wait to come back!
Nine miles south of Los Cabos International Airport, San Jose del Cabo offers unparalleled sportfishing, where a day’s catch can include marlin, dorado, and sailfish. San Jose’s beachfront hotel zone on the Sea of Cortés lies a mile from this relaxed town. The historic Misión de San José del Cabo is across from the main plaza, home to art galleries and boutiques selling jewelry and handicrafts.
