空港送迎サービスを有効利用!

【いいところ】 ・空港送迎は、ホテルに電話をして頼まなければならないが(日本語未対応)、International terminal のlevel 3(3階)から外に出た所にあるhotel courtesy shuttlesにいることを伝えれば、必ず迎えに来てくれる。私の場合、電話してから15分以内で迎えに来てくれた。 ・ホテルからサンフラシスコ市内へ観光に行く際も、フロントで頼めば空港や近くのBARTの最寄駅(millbrae)まで送ってくれる。帰りも同様に、電話で頼めば無料で迎えに来てくれる(常にチップ$1は渡したほうがよい)。 ・室内は丁寧に掃除されている。 【悪いところ】 ・wifiの電波が弱く、私が泊まっていた4階の部屋では、ほとんどwifiが使えなかった。

귀국날 하루 머물렸는데, 공항이랑 가까워서 좋았습니다. 초기에 직원이 방이 잘 못 배정해서 좀 실망함.

Nice comfortable hotel

Pros: Being good priced and comfortable and great service
Cons: A little bit of some updates a little outdated
Location: San Mateo- Bridge pointe Shopping, Airport and San Francisco.
The hotel is nice quiet and comfortable and really I am not into fancy things so for me and my husband this hotel was just fine.

The staff were pretty rude. Nobody picks up the phone. I had to call about 4 times before anybody picked up the phone. That happened on at least 3 occasions .

Pros: Room clean and comfy.
Cons: Service level from Shuttle, to Night shift Desk Check-in service.

We arrived at the SFO airport at 1040pm, and called the hotel for the shuttle to pick us up. The shuttle driver passed us up twice!!! He finally picked us up and got us to the hotel at 12:30am!!! In addition to this aggravation, there is only one desk clerk and she is slower than a snail!!! Can you imagine how frustrating this is? We had been traveling for 12 hours, needed some rest, and to have this "Service" issue with the hotel shuttle service and desk service, was pushing us over the top. We finally got checked into our room by 1am. Luckily, the room was nice and comfy. On a bright note, the shuttle driver (different driver) was on time for getting us back to the airport at 6am. We will not recommend this hotel due to the poor service level from the shuttle service and desk check in.

Staff needs training on customer safety first. Told them to come check out smoke smell and they went to my room to tell me they didn't smell any smoke. When I told the staff person abt the "non-cigarette" smell. He said he was sick and couldn't smell anything. Why come to my room? Why not call me on the hotel phone? Why give up my identity like that?

Pretty terrible. Water temperature went from scalding to freezing cold within seconds. Definitely wouldn't reccomend to anyone else.

Unkind customer service and worst equipments

ここは最低。電子レンジと冷蔵庫付きを予約したが、最初に通された部屋は冷蔵庫が使えず、部屋を買えてくれと言ったら次に案内された部屋は電子レンジが使えず。ここは大丈夫と言われた部屋はどちらも故障中。その度にフロントに電話したが、ため息をつきながら応対され、お前は冷蔵庫と電子レンジのスペシャルオーダーをしなかっただろと言われる始末。HPに書いてあるからそんなものをオーダーするわけない。部屋を異動する際に手伝ってくれたスタッフは荷物がまだあるのにいなくなってしまった。おまけに部屋に忘れた靴も出て来ず。部屋やモーテルの見た目は普通だが、何かトラブルがあったときは全く対応できない。旅にトラブルはつきものなので、泊まってはいけないモーテル。周囲エリアもそんなに良くない。 朝食だけはまずまず。
