“good location”
great for a Sunday night passing through since its so close to Lone Star
“Good Value”
Stay on 3rd Floor to avoid street noise, no elevator! Lots of hot water! Will only give extra towels upon request, may have to ask each day. DO NOT leave any valuables in room! Manager's very knowledgable of area. Each room had iron & board, hair dryer in addition to coffee maker, microwave & fridge.
“close to downtown and free parking”
hotel was clean, bathroom was huge (in relation to room size), room was small but comfortable, neighborhood was quiet at night
“decent hotel for a good price”
I liked the hotel although it's a little deceitful the advertisement of continental breakfast. It is only coffee and cheap bread. But other than that the hotel is good for the price paid
“Numbers are misleading”
Rating of 3 is misleading. This hotel is a superb deal, in price and location. Walkable to Moscone, rooms aren't nice but are sufficient, price is lowest you can find. Had Wifi too.
“good hotel”
good value hotel and services.best to get a room in the back to avoid street noise.
“Wouldn't recommend for females travelling alone”
I arrived late due to flight delays. I had to stand outside, in a not so great neighborhood, and ring the doorbell for about 5-10 minutes before I was buzzed in. When I got to my room, the light switch didn't work, the light in the bathroom was burned out, and the TV was fuzz on every channel. The WiFi worked surprising well. The staff were accomodating and the light in the bathroom was fixed the next day. The location was convenient, since it was three blocks from the conference I was attending, but there were a lot of homeless people in the area and could see where females traveling alone would be nervous. It did suit my needs and was a cheap place to stay.
“Budget Basic”
The hotel was exactly what you would expect for a two star hotel in a great location. The surrounding neighborhood is dicey at night and endless car alarms screaming outside my window all night for several days in a row made sleeping tough but that isn't the hotel's fault. I did have problems using the free Wi-Fi - it worked one day and then I couldn't connect after that. If you're on a budget you can't beat the price for basic roof-over-your-head housing. I stayed here because I was attending a work related conference and would probably stay again due to the price and proximity.
“good value”
The room served its purpose as a place to eat, shower, and sleep, etc. and for the price, it was affordable for a single traveler. The management was helpful and pleasant.
“free parking, good location”
Clean, comfortable hotel with free parking.
