“Relaxing stay in SF”

The Westin was a great place to stay for the price! Right in the heart of the city close to BART. I had a corner room that was a bit off-center, but it was part of the charm. I would definitely stay again...

“Review your bill when you check out”

Nice place and I will be back, but it was difficult to get the robotic lady at the front desk to remove bogus minibar charges from my bill, even after I explained the errors several times to them. All I wanted was the bill to be calculated properly but that almost required a manager to solve the problem.

“Convenient Location”

The Westin On Market Steeet is conveniently located yet not noisy. The hotel has just been renovated so it has a nice clean feel. Excellent service! Will stay here again.

“Great place for a city weekend”

We live half an hour away from downtown San Francisco so normally we just go for a day or evening, but we recently stayed at the Westin one night. The room was extremely comfortable, we had a great view looking down at the Metreon and Yerba Buena gardens, and it was close enough to walk to shopping and the ball park (the ball park is a long-ish walk, but doable). I'm hoping to do another 'city night' next time my parents are in town to babysit and will stay at the Westin again.
