“Not Impressed”

we didnt find the hotel as we expected . the rooms smells bad and the bed sheets didnt look clean , the television screen was very bad it was hazy but the lady in the reception was very friendly.

“Home Away from Home”

My Wife and I stay at the Westin on every trip to San Francisco. We love the location which is close to shopping, Movies and nice restaurants. Just around the corner you can take the trolley to Fisherman's Wharf for a nice stroll. We usually just leave our car in the private parking lot in the rear for the whole visit. And don't miss Buca Di Beppo's two blocks away. Its an Italian chain, but very few around, so enjoy. Just don't plan on bringing leftovers back to the room - no fridge.

“good for dog lovers”

The Hotel is in a great location...the rooms nice but small..Westin has great beds...and they have a great pet policy..NO PROBLEMS having dogs under 40 pounds...We had a great stay..

“Won't book this hotel anymore....”

Level of service did not meet expectation at all. Waste customer's time in many aspects. Business center only has one computer functioning, wait for long time to get access. Will never come back unless major improvements are made.

“Loved the location”

Loved the location. Only problem was that the walls are very thin. I could hear the couple next door to me... even though our beds were on the opposide side of the room. I could hear them having intercourse!! I travelled with my two teenage daughters and I'm just thankful they are heavy sleepers!! And luckily it was only for Saturday night, so at least I got 1 night of good sleep. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. It is in a very good location.

We just loved the Westfield mall down the street!! We visited Chinatown and Fisherman's wharf.

“Great Location”

Met all the expectations of a Westin. No surprises await you here. The location is FANTASTIC! Just off Market Street, the hotel straddles the financial core and the prime shopping area around Union Square. I would recommend the hotel on location alone. It's nicely tucked away from the bustle and noise of the city. Trust me, you don't wanna be directly on Union Square. The hotel restaurant service was to be desired though. But, given that it was Thanksgiving, i'll give them a pass. Only issue is that WiFi is not complimentary in-room; when are hotels gonna get with it. You shouldn't have to pay 15 bucks a day for in-room internet - especially if it's a giant worldwide brand such as Starwood.
