“Superb quality and friendly staff”

Check in was easy and friendly staff. Room had a great lagoon view and was clean. The beds were comfortable and feather pillows and down comforter. I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend to families with kids.

“room can get a little too warm at night”

The only thing that would make the room perfect would be if the windows could open in order to get fresh air. Sometimes the room temp feels a little warm/stuffy at night... only negative.

“Didn't want to leave”

the staff remembered me from previous stays, gave me a view of the water in order for me to watch the rowing event from my room if I wanted, the lobby area, restaurant and pool were inviting, with great music, delicious food, superb service, and comfortable.

“Superb!!!”

For our weekend price, this hotel was exceptional!! Our room was clean, modern, and the bed was super comfy! I really liked the fact that they had bright bathroom mirrors (for applying make-up) and a small magnifying (lighted) make-up mirror! This hotel exceeded my expectations and I will definitely stay here again!!! Highly recommend!!

“Great hotel!”

Beautiful hotel. 20 minutes from airport. Lots of hotels closer to airport. The hotel shuttle does not start running until 6 am. to airport. If you have a 7 am flight you must take cab to airport ($50). Loved the hotel but is somewhat out of the way.

“A bit hip....”

We got a surprisingly good deal through Expedia. I would not classify the hotel as "super luxurious", but it is very clean and comfortable with a modern flair. Sofitel's European heritage peaks through, too (such as the L'Occitane toiletries). All this sets it apart from many other cookie-cutter business hotels (e.g., many a Hilton) that I have stayed at over the years.
