Location is perfect!! Cable car, curise etc you can do everything there. I love fire place outside.

Being a first time traveller, I was surprised at how wonderfully accommodating the hotel was. Our flight was badly delayed and we did not arrive until the next day. Even though we called them very late concerning our delays, they took care to make sure everything was ready for when we arrived the next morning. Checking-in was hassle free! The concierge was very helpful, and didn't once make us feel like we were a group of ignorant inconvenient tourists. The little restaurant at the front was charming, with access to outdoor firepits which made breezy evenings very comfortable. Very ideal place for families and/or couples!

“Perfect Location”

My stay at the Sheraton Fisherman's Wharf was a great one. When I booked, my reservation said that I would have a room with two double beds, and my boyfriend and I were hoping for just one bed, a king. When we arrived at the hotel, without us even saying anything they gave us a king size bed on the top floor of the hotel! The location of the hotel was also really great for us, as we were there to check out everything we could. The hotel is 2 blocks from the wharf, Pier 39 is 5 minute walk, very convenient! Everyone at the hotel was extremely helpful, and we would definitely stay here again.

“Overall, an excellent Hotel at a reasonable price”

We stayed in a King room for four nights. The cleanliness and comfort were excellent although the toilet/shower/bath area was very cramped. The coffee maker was appreciated but a "mini" fridge was lacking. The location is excellent for touring S.F. and there are good eating places nearby. The pool is outdoors (although sheltered) and in April it was too cool outside to enjoy a swim. The service at the Desk, Concierge etc. was excellent.

I immensely enjoyed the Sheraton Fisherman's Wharf. Location was perfect to the piers, cable cars, restaurants, grocery store. You name it, it was within walking distance. The entire hotel staff was wonderful and friendly to deal with. I would go back and stay again and recommend the Sheraton to my friends and family. A very comfortable home away from home.

“Great Hotel / Great Location”

I really enjoyed this hotel. Recently renovated in a modern style. Room was clean and well keep. Great bed. Good location for getting around town. 2 blocks to Fisherman's Wharf - tram to Union Square right outside. Nice fireplaces outside for early morning coffees or late night drinks. Very nice staff. Would recommend and would definately return.

“Can't beat the location!!!”

Some of the previous reviews had me concerned but upon arrival and seeing for myself I was very satisfied. We did all of the "tourist" things and couldn't find anywhere that would have better located. Our room had been updated and the bed was very comfortable, even for my wife who suffers with a bad back and usually finds hotel beds very uncomfortable. Our only complaint (and its not really a complaint) is that there could have been a small fridge in the room but ice machine close enough so not a real problem.

“Perfect San Frnacisco stop”

My first time at San Frnacisco. Would go back to the same place next time. Preferred the Fishermans Whaft location over Union Square now having seen both. Better area to stroll and look w/o being to busy.

Friendly staff, clean room, bed comfortable. Walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 39 and much more. Well situated. Close to many restaurants and shops.
