Nice hotel in a perfect location

Pros: Location was excellent for getting to the tourist sights, trams to Union square etc and it's clean and safe.
Cons: Reduce car parking charges.
Location: Location is excellent, close to bike rental shop (for cycling parks or Golden Gate Bridge), restaurants, fishermans wharf and piers.
Hotel is in a great location and in a clean and safe area. hotel facilities were ok. There's a small but pleasant pool area. Breakfast was very average and expensive.

Very close to embarcadero, tourist attractions.

Pros: Location
Cons: Mattresses, lighting, air fans, sound reducing..
Location: Everything is within 1 mile, Pier 39, Alcatraz excursions, museums, tour buses. Street cars for wheelchair accessibility
Great for being a tourist. Central location for local bus lines. Hotel needs upgrades for the beds, restrooms, overall infrastructure. Plus for the price this hotel there should be more amenities...free continental breakfast, bagels, something. Vending machines should take cash, coins not just credit cards!

Convenient hotel to wharf and other tourist areas

The hotel is very conveniently located right by the wharf. The staffs were pleasant even though i was given the wrong room key. We walked in on an older lady in her hair net and bathing suit. She must haven't been scared and shocked. Poor lady. Also... It's a surprised that this hotel does not have express check out. Very manual process.

Nice hotel perfect for Fisherman's Wharf

Location location location - that is what this hotel is all about. Perfect for Fisherman's Wharf, and close to the pick up for the trams and the bus tours. It was clean with all the facilities required and staff were helpful and pleasant. We had to pay for car parking but the car was safe and the lift took us straight to reception. We loved The area and if We went again we would stay at the hotel again.

Convenient location to the wharf. Just be prepared to pay $50/day plus tax for parking.

Nice hotel. Convenient location.

Pros: Very nice staff...friendly, outgoing, helpful and happy. Absolutely loved having Starbucks coffee in the room.
Cons: A refrigerator in the room would be great. Could not shop and bring back food items. Most places that we stay at have one in the room.
Location: Perfect location near many things to do; shopping, bus tours, trolley, restaurants.
Our stay was great, however it would have been nice to have the basic bathroom toiletries in the room for the room rate; shower cap, cotton swabs, ear cleaners, etc. Actually, have never stayed at a hotel without these items.

Location Is Great, But That's Really It

Pros: The location is awesome. Tons of restaurants and activities within a block or two. The outdoor fireplaces are also a nice touch.
Cons: It needs a remodel with toned down colors, larger beds, and better noise insulation. Also we shouldn't have to beg for 4 towels and 4 coffees in doub
Location: One to two blocks from the best parts of Fisherman's Wharf. One block from a trolley route. One block from all the hop on hop off bus tours. Great!
This hotel is great for it's location but it's very crowded and pretty run down. It's not what you would expect from a Sheraton. They charge for an in-room refrig, wi-fi, everything! Parking of $50 a day is crazy but that's San Francisco. The people upstairs from us were jumping on our heads at 5 am - you could hear everything! I really don't think we would stay here again.

Zentrale Lage......schnell zu Fuss am Pier 39

Pros: Die zentrale Lage.
Location: Mason Street......nicht weit entfernt von Fishermans Wharf, Coit Tower, Lombard Street......ja selbst China Town und Downtown sind zu Fuss erreichbar.
Bin zum 2. Mal dort, wir waren immer zufrieden. Das Hotel liegt recht zentral, man kann alles sehr gut zu Fuss erreichen. Die Zimmer sind OK, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Parken in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage kostet allerdings ein Vermögen......ist drum herum aber auch nicht viel preiswerter. Über das zusätzliche Abrechnen von WiFi habe ich mich einwenig geärgert! Das hätte man auch kostenlos zur Verfügung stellen können!!!

Not what I had expected from a Sheraton

Pros: Location. Underground parking.
Cons: Housekeeping!!!!!
Pre travel contact with hotel was positive. Check in was great and they had the crib and refrigerator that I had requested, as I was traveling with my 14 month old daughter, delivered as soon as we entered our room. Tuesday was the last day that our room was cleaned and we left on Friday. Wednesday we arrived back to an unmade room so we contacted housekeeping to bring us new towels to get us through until the next day. They did offer to clean the room but it was 8:30PM and my daughter needed to sleep. Again on Thursday night, we arrived at the same unmade room. Called again and got the same response. So when we checked out on Friday our room had overflowing garbage (a diapered 14 month old), a knee high pile of wet towels, and a floor that was in desperate need of a vacuum. It was not a pleasant experience.

Nearby attraction points, Noisy air conditioning

This is perfect that the hotel is nearby many attraction points. Overall is good. But air conditioning is not good. It was very noisy as the system was often booting and so difficult falling asleep and wake up sometimes in night. The room door was not closed when coming back my room in one night. The hotel staff replied that the door buffer had problem and called engineer to fix it at once.
