The Friendliest Staff

I always stay at the Sheraton because you have the friendliest staff! I always feel so comfortable at the Sheraton!

the staff was very friendly. However, the toilet ran constantly and the shower leaked. Not so good.

Hotel off the wharf

Room was clean and comfy. The surrounding area is a little scary for walking after dark.

Convenient location

Our hotel stay was wonderful. Close to walk to fisherman's pier and to get transportation to other attractions. Great fire pits to enjoy. All staff were pleasant and very helpful

Cons: N/A
Location: Safeway (shopping) and parking long term across the street. Very close too Wharf.
Good location. Make sure you park at the Safeway for parking $35.00 a day. The hotel is $55.00 a day for parking. The noise is city noise, anywhere you go in the city you will hear busses it is not that bad.

Pros: Friendly atmosphere, large clean rooms and good location
Cons: One of the lifts was not working
Location: Close to the Wharf and hop on hop of busses, close to the cable cars.
We had stayed here previously so knew exactly what to expect. A large hotel close to the Wharf with easy connections into the city.

The staff all friendly , we had the ground floor with a balcony , the scrim curtains were filthy to this outdoor area . The air conditioner unit is beside your bed which is terrible . You can't sleep with the noise from this at all. Very outdated I wouldn't recomend this to anyone .

Friendly hotel in a great location

Pros: Fantastic location. Staff were super friendly and helpful.
Cons: The standard rooms aren't that spacious - good for two people, but more than that is tight. Free wifi in the rooms would be good.
This busy hotel was a great stay in an ideal location - close to Pier 39 and the waterfront, Ghiradelli Square and easily walkable to most San Francisco sights. The concierge was really helpful in recommending restaurants and tours. A very enjoyable stay!
