“The pool was really heated!”

We had a very nice stay. Check-in was very smooth. The pool was warm (definately heated)even though the weather was cool. Comfy bed.

“Home away from Home”

Second time staying at this hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful, facilities clean and bright, suites very homey (comfy beds and great bathrooms). In-suite kitchen more than adequate, and buffet breakfasts satisfying, hot tub a nice extra. With family in the area, I'd definitely stay here again.

“Will definitely stay again”

I had a very positive experience with my previous stay in Washington DC during the snow storm, so I've I decided to find the same hotel in CA for my buiseness trip. I was absolutely happy to cook for myself and watch the Olympic opening ceremony.

“Great location and great service”

Hotel is like having your own condo, and it is right on freeways 101 and 92, so you can get anywhere quick. About 20 minutes to downtown San Francisco. Nice area with shopping close by. Response to service request was very quick. Would go back!

“Great place to stay to see the volleyball tournament at the Expo”

Very close to the San Mateo Expo Center. The hotel is very spacious, clean, and the service is great. No charge for parking, they have variety of food to choose from for breakfast and the shuttle service helps a lot when you're on tight budget. The room has a full kitchen where you can cook or warm up food instead of eating out!

“Excellent value”

We stayed for two weeks and it was as close to home as possible in a hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The room was well equipped and very comfortable and clean. The complimentary breakfast was great. Hot food!! Not just cereal and rolls. The bed was very comfortable and even had feather pillows.Overall, a very pleasant stay. I highly recommend this hotel.
