“Renoir is the best!”
I enjoyed the Renoir Hotel in San Francisco. Great location. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend it to anyone going to San Francisco. It is a good deal for the price!
“Well priced and great location.”
If you're attending a show at the Warfield or the Orpheum, this hotel's location can't be beat. Very short walk along Market Street to most locations. This hotel's offer for a night's stay, full breakfast (fantastic food by the way), and valet parking for the evening just couldn't be beat. Make sure to look at the package deals for this hotel, so worth it. The hotel is older, but clean and the staff was very friendly. There was a strange smell as we first walked through the door to our room, but once we were fully amerced we couldn't smell the bad odor. I would suggest that the room's inner doorways be reframed, they were very warped and chipped which made the closet and bathroom doors difficult to shut. Also, there is no central A/C so I don't know if I would stay there in the peak summer months. Overall, we would definitely stay there again.

Looks can be deceiving, the outside of the hotel didn't look too great but when you step inside, it is completely different. The hotel was very nice and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel also has a restaurant connected to it which was very convenient for us. The best part was that it was so close to everything we wanted to do. I would definitely stay there again.

The Renoir is a classic, old-school hotel with a lot of character. It is not as luxurious as some of the others in San Francisco, but it makes up for it with charm.

This hotel made the trip even better. Very helpful and friendly staff. Surrounding area is a bit shady but it's minutes from most Union Square, Fisherman's Wharf, and all that good stuff.

Une ambiance de vielle immeuble des année 30 40 mais en bon état, des chambres spacieuses, salle de bain en bon etats et propre, personnel accueillant et disponible.... emplacement idéal, centre de market street, commerce, à 5 minutes à pieds, arret de bus et de tram, au pied de l'hotel. Vraiment que du positif, exelent rapport qualité prix.
“First time to San Francisco”
The Renoir hotel, located on Market st and 7th from the airport we took the bart to Civic Center station and the hotel is in right in front of the exit. There are quite alot of homeless people in San Francisco and there are quite a few that hang around the hotel but they won't bother you! after all we stayed for two weeks and no one bothered us. The Hotel staff are very friendly always welcoming with a smile and a hello good morning have a nice day! Will never let you strugle to open the door with your luggage. The rooms are spacious we had a King size bed however not enough pillows. The room had a good view of Market st. A bath shower, TV with endless channels and a Safe in the room. Our room got made everday even when we thought we were too late for it to be done, we come back to a made bed.
