“Very good value, well run budget hotel after staying at J.W. Marriott Fisherman's Wharf”

The Ramada Limited Hotel on Lombard Street San Francisco was a very pleasant experience. The hotel was very clean and well looked after. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I loved the "make your own waffle" complimentary breakfast and the coffee was great. I enjoyed the night life on Lombard Street and I felt very safe walking even late at night. I recommend this hotel if you are on a budget and like to take advantage of the public transportation system of San Francisco.

This hotel was great for the price! The rooms were extremely small but well-kept, and the free parking was a plus. We are definitely going to stay here on our next trip!

The Ramada Limited was a great place to stay if you're on a budget. The rooms were newly renovated with newer bathroom appliances and new furniture. We were very close to everything we wanted to see in SanFrancisco and the staff was very helpful in telling us how to get to everything.

People at front desk were courteous and helpful. Continental breakfast was satifying, included a waffle maker. Hotel was pricey, but not going to find anything much cheaper in San Fran.

The hotel was very clean, it offered continental breakfast at reasonable hours. The location was a bit far from where we thought it would be, but other than that, our stay was very comfortable.

“Great Hotel”

This hotel is a great place to stay for a traveler on a budget. Its close to bus lines that will take you anywhere in the city. Just 2 blocks up is Union Street, and 2 blocks right is Filmore where shopping, bars, restruants and night life is plenty. Parking was first come first serve, however the front desk will hold your keys should you need to double park over night. I rated Hotel service a 3 because the staff were not to friendly, however they did exactly what they needed to do for me. I also rated Comfort a 3 because the pillows were a bit lumpy, but the bed was really comfortable. Over all I would recommend this to a budget traveller who wants to stay in the marina area. Access to bus lines that will take you right to the Pier area and also shopping and night spots are in walking distance. Hotel lobby is smaller than expedia's picture, however who needs a big lobby. The lobby has a kiosk with lots of available city tours you can do. They evey provide a city map with bus and trolly routes for free!! This helped a lot. The continental breakfast was small and very self serve however it did the job when you just want to eat something small before you head out. One downfall is there is some traffic noise from Lombard Ave where it is a main street. Also some noise from other hotel guests coming up and down the stairs. Being a younger traveller, it all added to an overall cool experience.
